Wonderful apartment in the HEART of the city. Spacious, bright, new and quiet, it has all the comforts!! Very well located in the new area of Cordoba, next to the train station, two steps from shopping and leisure areas, 15 minutes walk from the historic center of the city (Jewish Quarter, Mosque, Alcázar...). My accommodation is good for couples, business travelers, and families (with children) Upon arrival, the host will be able to recommend places of interest and gastronomy.

My house is comfortable and clean. It makes you feel right at home. 15 km from Córdoba. In the beautiful village of Encinarejo. Peace and enjoyment. Bus and train nearby. Enjoy the private saltwater pool. Nearby sports courts. Ideal for families with children, but also for anyone tired of the noise and stress of the cities, my house is the ideal place. We are in a village and you can enjoy the city fifteen minutes away on good, low-traffic roads.

One of the best apartments I've ever been to! Everything was sparkling bright and cozy. There was everything you need in the apartment. I even found toast, butter, jelly and coffee. Communication with Clara was great, she always responded quickly and kindly. In addition, I received a large list of restaurants, supermarkets, etc. from her. From the apartment, you can walk to the Setas in about 10 minutes. The location is perfect, not in the middle of the hustle and bustle, but also not too far away! If I travel to Seville again, it's my first choice.

José Luis was a great host and his place was perfect for our stay in Cordoba! W parked the car in a spot on the street he saved for us and didn’t move it for the two days we were there. The house was comfortable and had everything we needed. Would highly recommend staying here!

The listing matches the description. The scenery is simply a dream. However, the owner should invest in renovation. In the bathroom, there was a hole in the ceiling and heavy mold. The poor condition of the boards around the pool, which has often been criticized, was also noticed by us. After check-in, which went smoothly, we no longer received an answer to questions. The reception is sporadically staffed, presumably depending on announced guests. Streaming a movie with the tablet in the evening is frustrating. By today's standards, the Internet connection can only be described as inadequate.

Lovely apartment in a great location in the heart of Cordoba old town. Was close to main sights and lots of great restaurants but also really peaceful being located in a private apartment complex. The views from the sunny private terrace were amazing. Nuria was a great host very responsive and met us at the property on our arrival. Very much appreciated the breakfast stuff she left for us and the beers in the fridge. Was very hard to leave and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

The apartment's location is very good, close to the old town and a 30-minute walk to the Cathedral. There are bus stops nearby and supermarkets within a 5-minute walk. The apartment was equipped and functional. It was clean and tidy. Having a parking space at our disposal is a very positive addition. In short, a totally recommended apartment.
