Monthly Rentals in Echo Lake

My husband, dog, and I stayed at “Evelyn” for 6 weeks and I can truly say that this is the best Airbnb experience we have ever had. Firstly, the location is unbeatable. Being footsteps from restaurants, coffee shops, the library—we quickly got spoiled to the convenience. The house is very comfortable and beautifully decorated. The kitchen is stocked with everything needed for our stay. All of the furniture, bedding, and kitchenware is high quality—we were so impressed. There is so much natural light and the front window has a beautiful view of the mountain face. Charles and Shannon are wonderful hosts and went out of their way to help us out more than once—incredible people! We couldn’t have lived our stay any more. Don’t miss out on this gem in the heart of the most charming town!

Lovely apartment that was great to live in for over a month. The desk and reliable WiFi made it easy to work and the electric fireplace under the tv made it cozy at night. Would love to book again in the future.

Everything was as expected…I had a beautiful stay. Austin and Victoria did a great job remodeling this old cabin…it is comfortable, warm, cozy and feels like home. Wi-Fi and smart tv worked great. As they mention in their description, there is no cell phone service (at least not ATT). Cabin is back about 6 miles on CO 103, and you will loose your signal about 2 miles back. But wifi is strong and easily fast enough for WiFi calling/ FaceTime. Than you!
