Great place to stay! Very friendly host. The place was really clean and spacious and a great location for a weekend in Leeds catching up with friends and family. Very convenient bus route into Leeds about a minute from the house aswell. Highly recommended!!!

I had a lovely 4 night stay at Paul's. The property is private, peaceful, comfortable and very clean. The bed has a good quality mattress and duvet which for me always makes a big difference! The kitchen was well equipped for making meals but there are also some great restaurants close by giving you the option to eat out. Overall it's excellent value for money in a really nice part of Leeds. Paul is a great host and was really friendly, responsive and helpful.

Good location for getting out and about without having to navigate the city centre. Some neighborhood coffee shops within walking distance and an M&S food hall close by, too, for some quick lunches/dinners. Loved having the grassy area at the back and seeing the spring flowers coming up! Hosts were very responsive and gave great instructions for locating/parking/getting access to the apartment.
