I can only agree with the other positive reviews! The apartment is well equipped, beyond the normal. Such a stocked fridge and a drawer with food for the first, no, I haven't seen the first days yet! The communication with Johannes is straightforward and pleasant! We felt very comfortable! Glad to come back!

We spent beautiful days in the Ötztal with Monika. The apartment has a great starting point for all kinds of activities in the area (area 47, hikes,...). Monika is the epitome of hospitality and has given us great hiking tips that fit our expectations (hiking with a small child, tour length, experience & landscape). Highly recommend! :)

Very nice and above all huge place to stay. Tina is a super nice and friendly host. We felt directly welcome and in good hands. The kitchen is well equipped, there are two bathrooms (whereby the temperature of one of the two showers is difficult to regulate), two separate toilets, a cozy living room and 4 bedrooms. We were there for skiing at Hochötz, which was completely straightforward: the ski bus stops right outside the door and in the entrance area there are ways to dry everything. I can only recommend it!

Finn is the best host I've had leading up to my stay answering all my many questions and providing recommendations, particularly about skiing in the area. He even helped me carry my bag down! His mother Patrizia was super friendly and helpful during my stay. She brought me tea even! The apartment was spacious and very comfortable with everything I needed for my week long stay. It's easy to get to nearby attractions, especially with a car. I highly recommend staying here!
