The center of Ötz and Hochötz ski resort is a 5-minute drive, and Sölden is about 30 minutes away. Pets allowed, additional cost per pet per day: 10 euros

Sautens is located at the entrance of the Ötztal and thus in the immediate vicinity of ski resorts such as Sölden (glacier) or Obergurgl The Hochötz ski resort can be reached in 10 minutes by free ski bus (stop 30 meters from the house). From there, you can also continue to Kühthai. Lake Piburg and Area 47 can each be reached in 15 minutes. Distance from Innsbruck: 30 minutes on the highway! In summer there is also a barbecue area in the garden, including a garden house and deck chairs.
