We had the most wonderful stay at this charming cottage near Brimham Rocks, which I had planned as a surprise for my husband's birthday. It turned out to be the perfect getaway! The cottage was beautiful, cozy, and thoughtfully furnished, offering everything we needed for a relaxing break. The host was incredibly kind and helpful, ensuring we felt right at home from the moment we arrived. We especially loved the hamper with homemade bread! The location is absolutely stunning, with gorgeous surroundings and plenty of scenic walks nearby. We loved exploring the area and were delighted by the peaceful, natural beauty of the local landscape. There are also some lovely places to eat close by, making it easy to enjoy a great meal after a day of adventure. Our dog Bruno had a great time too in the fields! We would highly recommend this cottage to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat and would love to come back again! A huge thank you to our wonderful host for making this trip so memorable

I needed time away to relax and distress. Jo’s place was perfect. Such a beautiful hideaway, tastefully decorated and well equipped. Jo was a friendly, responsive host and made sure I’d got everything I needed. Enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the chickens do their thing in a beautifully tranquil setting. I’d love to return again, when those batteries need recharging again.

An amazing cottage in the most peaceful and beautiful setting. Has everything you need inside and is so quiet during the night which is great for a full nights rest to explore the surroundings the next day! The place is dog and baby friendly. The welcome gifts were a great bonus too! The wood burner makes for a cozy evening

We had a lovely peaceful stay. We were met by Jamie’s dad who was very friendly and helpful. The walking locally is very picturesque and lots to see and do nearby. Raby castle was amazing. Well worth a visit. The apartment was spotless and very comfortable (extremely comfy Hypnos bed) and we sat outside each evening on the sunny patio to watch the wildlife.(curlew, bats, owls rabbits and of course the lambs and ewes). We will definitely return at some point. Thank you Jamie.
