Small, rustic cottage on the beach for one or two couples. Back door opens onto a long driveway to a sand road, front door opens onto a stairs to the beach. It's like a movie or book come to life. If you love The Notebook or The Outermost House you'll likely fall in love with the place. Renters return season after season, so usually we don't have to advertise it, but COVID upset this rhythm along with everything else.

A simply amazing, true Wellfleet experience in the best location, right in the center of town. Lydia and Bob are very nice, welcoming hosts. This is a special, private space on the second floor in a beautiful, original, Cape Cod home. The home is full of art and antiques; the garden is full of fresh greenery, plants, trees, birds! Lydia serves healthy, delicious foods for breakfast, lots of variety and has everything you may need for a marsh walk / beach day. The bed was so comfortable, the gardens were so peaceful. I loved sitting outside every single day while “home” and it was very easy to wind down and enjoy my vacation on Cape Cod!

David was friendly, google maps navigated us to the wrong place at first, we ran into David through the back door of the house and he helped us find the right spot.Nice clean room with heater inside, we slept comfortably.There were bagels and coffee in the morning, I got up late and only had coffee.The house is nice and quiet around and has a few restaurants and bars within walking distance.

We had an incredible stay at David and Mary's house! The house was exactly as described - spotlessly clean, beautifully furnished and located in a charming neighborhood on Cape Cod. Our room was absolutely beautiful and the bed was super cozy and comfortable. It was great to have the privacy of a walk-in bathroom (fantastic shower and all the amenities we could ask for). Mary and David went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome, providing thoughtful touches like coffee in the morning and information about the area. They are very welcoming and kind, with a great sense of humor. Communication was seamless, and they responded quickly to any questions I had. We felt right at home and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Cape Cod and would love to stay again!

Daniel's place is lovely. Very cute and well appointed. Check-in and communication were simple. We didn't interact with Daniel that much, he's a very hard worker! So it really felt like having our own place that felt very much like a home. Would definitely stay here again.

We absolutely loved staying at Lavender Bay and wished we could have stayed longer! Bill and Tami were wonderful hosts, very responsive and helpful! The breakfast each morning on the little balcony was delicious. But what really stood out to us was the beauty of the place. It was so peaceful and quiet, and Bill’s and Tami‘s garden is gorgeous. We would absolutely stay here again and can recommend this place to anyone wanting to explore Cape Cod.

Great place to stay to explore Cape Cod. Tammy was an excellent host, who made us feel at home and was very willing to help us with what to do in the area. Her house was very quiet, on a nice little street. Kitchen was very well equipped, bathroom very clean and best of all, a very comfortable bed! And with a little cooler night, Tammy gave us some extra blankets and checked in regularly if the heating was okay! Also, centrally located, with shops close by. We highly recommend staying at Tammy’s for a visit at Cape Cod.
