Monthly Rentals in East Nashville

The house was exactly how it was described. It was very clean neat it was perfect for our stay 10 minute Uber to Broadway where all the Honkytonk bars are at and plenty of restaurants in walking distance of the house. Sarah was very responsive and describe the place as it was when we showed up. Thank you again for the great experience of renting your house.

I ended up extending my stay as I loved Joey’s place SO much! It’s a home away from home and close to so many fun restaurants/bars/food trucks! The location is in the heart of East Nashville, so there’s plenty to do close by or a short drive away!!

Had a great stay. Loved the sun porch, the relative privacy, and great location. would 100 percent stay again.

A really nice stay! Place was beautiful and described accurately through photos and descriptions.... a very nice neighborhood in Nashville! It was easy to access and was close to shops, supermarkets and bars/restaurants [Aldi, Kroeger, Publix, Skinny Dennis, Mickey's, SS Gai (Thai) etc]. It was a close drive (or Uber) downtown too, such as Broadway and Music Hall of Fame ~ 10-15 mins. Has a beautiful backyard which I enjoyed immensely, sitting out there with a coffee while a beautiful Cardinal bird would perch close by lol. Bed was super comfortable, and BIG too. A nice private bathroom with shower/bath. Mackensy was a very responsive and helpful hostess. Anything I needed she was right there to offer advice or provide. It was a very pleasant stay and I highly recommend it.
