Private suite vacation rentals in East Nashville

Very convenient to Belmont University . . . walkable. Lots of places to eat, snack, and shop also within walking distance. The rental was spacious and well-appointed, comfortable and quiet. The host was very responsive in helping me navigate the somewhat tricky driving instructions. Nighttime access could be improved with some automatic lighting.

We had a great time visiting Nashville during the CMA Festival. The pretty, quiet neighborhood was a very nice change from the bustle and excitement of downtown (which was super fun!). Hosts Cathy and Randy were very helpful guiding us to what we should see, where to hear music, and good restaurants

Very convenient location, just a few miles from downtown Nashville, so only a 10-15 minute drive to the two wedding events we went to and the Fifth+Broadway area to check out the city. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to the National Museum of African American Music which gave us validated parking in the garage that is located right where all the action is. The Airbnb is only a mile from a Kroger supermarket with Tesla Superchargers. We didn't cook any meals for this trip, but the full size electric range, cookware, and dishwasher would have made that easy as well some food items in the refrigerator and freezer and olive oil and spices. The unit was thoughtfully provided with some snacks as well as coffee, tea, and hot cocoa. One tip for future guests: the dimmer switch for the lights in the main room are at the opposite corner from the entrance where there are also on/off switches for those lights.

This was a great stay for a few nights. Very comfortable and great location. Host was very responsive as well!

Loved our stay! Would definitely come back! Host was extra responsive and even gave us an extra tooth brush since we forgot one! Far enough away to escape the crazy but cozy and private enough we slept an entire 12 hours !

Ricks place was fantastic. We often like to stay away from the main downtown area and use something more closer to the local community. This place ticked that box straight away. The neighbourhood is beautiful and we managed a morning run/walks (albeit some steep hills!). Seeing the friendly neighbours and having a chat with them was great. We had a car and Ricks place was easy to find, plenty of space to park. Easy entry using the keypad and walking in for the first was like WOW! Very clean tidy and felt like home straight away. Rick was kind enough to leave a really nice handwritten welcome note with a small gift, not many hosts do this so Thank-You! Rooms were spacious and the beds OMG....sooo comfy. Wifi and TV were great with access to YT, Netflix etc. Everything is available to you in the kitchen. Bathroom is spotless and the shower is perfect flow. Laundry unit was easy to use aswell. Uber to/from downtown was around $12 and took around 10 mins.

A great place to stay! Host was very communicative, and handled any issues with great professionalism and politeness. Uber finding the address was a little hit or miss as the property is tucked back. But, a simple message to the Uber driver, everything was fixed. Would defiantly stay again!

We loved our stay at Allyson’s place. It was perfect for us and her recommendations were welcome. The neighborhood (Historic Edgefield) is lovely and couldn’t have been more convenient to Downtown. Excellent base from which to explore Nashville. Allyson is the best host - responsive, gracious and helpful. The place was spotless and comfortable. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat.

We absolutely loved our stay at Hailey's. It was beautiful, lots of cute plants inside, great entertainment, the hot tub was perfect after long walks in the parks nearby! It was so convenient being so close to Nashville to be able to enjoy the nightlife! Hailey was very helpful and responsive. We would definitely stay again!

Katie and Aaron were excellent hosts! We travel to Nashville 2-4 times each year and have tried several AirBnbs, but none of them compare to this one. Their home is quiet and peaceful and was the perfect place to relax while our child was attending summer camp. The guest suite looks exactly like the photos and was very clean. We will be back in the future!

Great place to stay within driving distance of downtown! Most notable parts are the comfy bed, giant tub, and little tea/coffee station. Host was great and responsive!

Third stay at Terry & Piper’s place - my Tennessee home away from home! As always, their spot is spotless, convenient, peaceful, and perfect. Hosts are flexible and communicative - accommodations have everything you need! Bonus points for the great water pressure in the shower and extra comfy bed. (Can I move in?) We had an amazing stay at this property! The location is absolutely perfect — located between Nashville and the Opry House and hotel with a short drive to the airport, which made everything super convenient. The accommodations were beautifully laid out with thoughtful design, custom decorations, and tons of amenities that made us feel right at home. The host was incredibly responsive and knowledgeable, offering fantastic recommendations for local restaurants and helpful information about the area. It’s clear they really care about their guests having a great experience. Highly recommend this Airbnb — we’d definitely stay here again on our next trip to Nashville!

We loved our stay in east nashville! lots of places to eat close by, and only 15 minutes from broadway. I also really appreciate the video instructions on how to find the air bnb, it was very helpful! Would recommend!

Just like being at home -- only nicer! This is a former in-law suite, attached to the main part of the home. Everything was as described in the listing, beautifully decorated inside with lovely landscaping, and the owners are very friendly. We were only here for two nights, but would have loved to stay longer.

Home was beautiful, clean, & looked just like the pictures. Neighborhood was quiet and nice. Home is right next door to Wendy’s or other restaurants and stores up the street. Would definitely recommend this home and stay again!!

David and Julie were the consummate gracious hosts. Their place is absolutely spotless, has the most comfortable bed I think we have ever experienced in an AirBnB, and nicely appointed- from the fully stocked coffee bar with treats to the toiletries in the bathroom. Sometimes I think maybe I shouldn’t leave such a glowing review because next time we want to stay it might be booked out! But then I think of how lovely our stay was and how friendly and helpful Julie and David were and I have to share that with other potential guests.
