Our home is nestled on 2 acres in the Cedar Glade Natural area beside Percy Priest Lake, just 8 miles from the airport. Enjoy all downtown Nashville has to offer (13 miles away) then come home, sit back relax in the serene setting on the patio, gazebo or inside our cozy suite.

Percy Priest Lake has awesome and fun activities, boat rentals, jet ski rentals, zip-line adventures, waterpark (Nashville Shores), marinas and restaurants. Driveway 20ft x 50 ft. Cute lil’ 3 bedroom

Located 1 mile from Old Hickory Beach, 3 miles from Marina with boat rentals and restaurants. Peaceful neighborhood 5 miles from East Nashville, 14 miles from downtown. Living room has private entrance with a pullout bed that can be used as a third bedroom. Music can be played pretty loud inside the house, and won’t disturb neighbors . Roku TV and pretty good JBL sound system. This is a budget friendly option for those who don’t want to break the bank just to be 5 miles closer to town.

A covered balcony features comfortable outdoor couches and chairs arranged around a propane fire table. The space is surrounded by lush greenery, offering views of the water through the railing slats. A ceiling fan provides additional comfort on warm days.
