Kid-friendly vacation rentals in East Macedonia and Thrace

Katerin's place was an absolute gem 2- 3 mins walking from the local beach, 5 mins drive from Amalofi beach- great sea bars, perfect for kids as it was not deep at all. Katerina and her husband greeted us with complimentary fruits, nice cold water and refreshments which was a very nice touch. The place easily takes family of 6 or maybe even more. It was walking distance from everything- restaurants, nice footpath along the sea, entertainment and supermarkets We really enjoyed staying at Katerina's place and highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for relax at the seaside.

Last summer, we saw this house walking by chance, and when we found it empty on our trip, we were very happy and kept it right away. The house was just like in the immaculate photos, our host left a cake and was very sweet for us, the heaters worked very well, it was within walking distance to the bazaar and the restaurants on the beach. If you are coming by car, you can somehow find it nearby, although there is no space in front of the house. We looked at it for this summer, it's full of insallah, we can come back next year:) .

Katerina is a perfect host and an absolutely lovely person. She was warm and sweet, always responsive and also knowing how to respect her guests’ privacy and make them feel at home. We would love to visit her again, as soon as we can. ❤️

The little house is beautifully located and has a great garden. In real life, it looks even better than in the photos. Anastasia was a lovely hostess and we felt immediately comfortable. From the property you can reach many beautiful beaches and there are good taverns in every direction. Besides, it was really very clean and beautifully quiet overlooking the sea. We would have liked to have stayed longer :)

We loved our stay at Ellie's place! We were warmly welcomed by her wonderful, smiling mother (even with pieces of delicious cake). The apartment was clean and neat with everything one would need for the stay! The kitchen had everything we needed to cook for the holidays, we also used the BBQ which was really convenient if you want to prepare something grilled. The property was well looked after. The beds and sofas were comfortable, the bed sheets and towels extremely clean and fresh! We felt right at home! We even had visits from a really friendly cat who walks the premise! The two hosts were really friendly, helpful and open! We could turn to them with all our questions about the stay! We even got emerced in the New Years tradition by receiving a really well made New Years cake from our host - for which we are deeply grateful! We strongly recommend the apartments and we would love to visit again! Sending lots of love and smiles to our wonderful hosts ☺️

Konstantinos was a great host, very kind and friendly. He also replies very quickly, which helps not to worry about anything. We even had a small problem our last day, and he was accommodating and understanding.

Good location, able to reach everywhere on foot. On-street parking is easily available. Would recommend.

Beautiful apartment for vacation in Kavala. The view from the living is breathtaking, I simply adored it. Alexis and his dad were very responsive and welcoming. The apartment is equipped with everything you need and our family of 4 felt like home immediately. I totally recommend it!

Very nice location. Downtown. It was very easy to get into the house. A spacious apartment can accommodate 4 people if sleeping on the couch is not a problem. The house was generally clean. But there were tears and stains on the bed linens, so we broke a rating. Overall would recommend.

The apartment was amazing. It is super close to the city center. It was very clean and well decorated. My mom especially liked the covers and said they look like brand new :D I definetely recommend this place

Great place, very well maintained apartment. The view is absolutely magnificent! Only problem is that since it is on top of the world you have to get there...very steep walk!

Perfect for its location and amenities. Communication was quite good. Other than having to pay for parking and the minor shortcomings in cleanliness, it was impeccable.

It was such a nice place to stay, very spacious living room, decent size bedrooms. It was super quiet and very clean. The host was very nice, responded quickly and made sure we’ve settled by greeting us in person. Highly recommended.

Dear Vasili and Maria (and of course also Giota), We can't thank you enough for the hospitality you showed us. We felt like we were staying in a family home. As soon as we walked in the door, our dear Vasili offered us a great cake. She thought of everything for our son and ours to be comfortable throughout the stay. When we left the house, he invited us to breakfast in his own house and we all had great hours together. Even after we return, we still remember you and talk about you. Glad we crossed paths. We felt at home while staying at Maria and Panos. Eventough this was the first time we met it felt they were our friends. The places they recomended were spot on what we were searching for. The apartment was cosy and well equipped. I can't say we needed something and it wasn't there. The beach that can be seen from the terace si perfect for kids: very fine sand and shallow water. I would for sure recomend them as host for anyone comming to Thassos.

Paschalis is an extremely nice host. She was extremely kind and helpful in all the processes. The location of the house was in the center of the city, right behind the main street. It was close to all the shopping and eating places. The house is spotless and very useful. There is a room with two large double beds. There is also a check yacht in the living room. You can stay with peace of mind.
