Kid-friendly vacation rentals in East Macedonia and Thrace

Despina's parents, Anna and Giorgios, are wonderful hosts. As well as preparing the apartment perfectly for us, they also served us several delicious meals unexpectedly. The location is 2 minutes from an unspoilt beach, surrounded by rocky coastline perfect for snorkeling (we saw octopus, garfish, cuttlefish, painted comber, and grouper). We had an idyllic holiday, and hope to return next year!

The place is amazing, and Anastasia is more than just a great host. Everything was exactly as shown in the pictures—or even better. We stayed for 9 days with our two children (a baby and a toddler) and thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The garden is incredible—so peaceful and relaxing. The location is perfect for exploring the island’s most beautiful beaches and interesting sights. We’d be happy to visit Thasos again and stay at Grandma’s House in the future.

We really enjoyed staying in this beautiful independent apartment, on the garden level. Spacious, clear, very comfortable, well equipped, nicely decorated, the apartment is close to downtown,which we were able to easily reach on foot. Free parking next to the house. Large supermarket nearby. Charming shaded garden, where we dined every night, quietly, with great pleasure. Very friendly and generous welcome from Maria's parents. In short, it's the best address of our whole trip to Greece this summer.

Our stay at Alex's and his mother's house went very well. They are wonderful people, kind and good. Everything in the offer is exactly as it is. The rooms were clean and tidy, everything was there. The view was wonderful. We'll go back to them. Thank you for the wonderful service.

The house is very clean and comfortable, close to the beach. The garden is beautiful, the beach can be reached on foot. Markets are within driving distance, there are 2-3 nice restaurants nearby. The host is interested, responds quickly. Overall, I was satisfied.

Christos is a great host. His wife's apple pie welcomed us :) Great studio flat with everything you need. Private garage is a big plus. I highly recommend Christos's flat to stay in Kavala.

Great place to stay with awesome views of the sea

Marina is a wonderful, kind, and attentive host. The apartment was amazing; we stayed there for 6 days with four people (two adults and two children), and everything was clean, beautiful, and comfortable. And what a stunning view from the terrace! We were very pleased and highly recommend it! The apartment is very close to the sea. We will definitely come back again. Thank you!

The place is very beautiful and peaceful, center is near with a car. The host was very kind and responsive. If you are with a little kid its dangerous because the pool has no fencing.

When we arrived, Hristo greeted us and arranged a free parking space for our car. He gave us a card so that we would not have parking problems for the other days. He gave us a tour of the city and showed us suitable places to eat and drink coffee. The house has a perfect view and garden at the top. It is possible to have a wonderful time with the flowers Olga grew. You can take great pictures in the old streets to reach the house. Hristo is very friendly and responds immediately when there is a problem. He left us in your car again with our luggage at the end of the holiday. We thank Hristo and his family for this beautiful holiday.

It was like not Sonia’s but like our own home☺️. She helped us to check in earlier, the home was so clean and tied. Very close to all place that you would prefer to see, visit, eat and shop. I would definitely choose her place to stay for my next trip. No need to check any other place and risk it. Thanks a lot Sonia 🥰.

Access to the city center on foot. Renovated cozy apartment fully equipped. I found exactly what I was asking for in cost and quality. I just need new mattresses on the beds.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful and cozy villa! The villa is tastefully decorated and comes with a huge balcony offering splendid views — a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The villa is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay; the only thing missing is a washing machine to make it truly perfect. We loved having the convenience of private parking right inside the property, which made it easy for us to explore the nearby areas. The local beach is just wonderful, and the charming town nearby adds to the overall experience. Kavala and Nea Iraklitsa are just a 5-10 minute drive away, both offering large supermarkets and a wide range of dining options. If you're up for more beach adventures, there are several stunning beaches around a 30-minute drive to the south that are definitely worth visiting. Overall, we had a very enjoyable and relaxing stay and would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway.
