It was a great choice, right in the center of the city 1 minute from the dream city, the most important thing was that the house was super clean!new and very well equipped,everything was impeccably and very nicely decorated like the whole floor of the building.We had very good communication with the host. thank you very much and Mrs. Sophia,the cleaner who happened to find her there and she was very friendly and not very helpful! we will definitely come back!

Although the apartment was on the street and on the weekend, we did not hear much noise on the road, there is an elevator on 4 floors, it was a quiet building and a comfortable accommodation experience with everything, I plan to visit again

i can say that vasilis and his family are very nice and kind people, their houses are perfect for me. If I have a holiday again, I can be their guests without thinking. I can recommend it to everyone. You can go with peace of mind.

Dreamy Dollhouse A beautiful ground floor apartment, very close to the city center, decorated with a lot of taste. Comfortable spaces everywhere. Its greatest beauty, that it is ground floor and you exit directly to a loving yard The secured parking spot is a great advantage for the safety of your car The fact that we didn't need the host's help, I think it's because of the clear and detailed instructions in the house. There is provision for everything with detailed instructions. Of course last but not least, it's the detailed cleanliness of the house which is very important and counts a lot in the overall rating! Value for money at max

Great location and the house wonderful , close to supermarket , bakery and grocery store!!! Next to you on the km all the bars of Alexandroupolis and the pedestrian street with the youthful paths that always have crowds!!! Near the officers' club, the Division and the Lighthouse.

The house was clean and lovely . It had a cute and safe garden. The house had all the essentials that would be needed. The bakery, market, pharmacy, sandy and reataurants were within walking distance of the house. The location of the house was quite good. The treats offered when checking in and checking out were very nice. They provided a cleaning service in between. They provide treats at that time. They were with us when we needed them. We have very good advice on local places to visit. Thank you for your kindness.

Stavros was extremely welcoming and helpful with everything. He sent us instructions a week before we arrived with all the information we needed about the house and the island of Thassos. We ran out of water, but Stavros was very prompt and immediately sent people to fix the problem. The house was very cozy and clean. Our whole stay was wonderful, especially with the veranda in front of the house where you can look at the sea at any time. I gladly recommend staying in this house.

The house is newly updated and has everything you need! Great terrace and backyard for pets! The beach is walking distance and the neighborhood is generally quiet. You can hear the highway a little when outside, but inside is all good as they have installed new quality windows. Overall great place! Will come back!

Thanos & Nadia place was lovely we enjoyed staying in the beautiful villa the yard with the olive trees outside is magnificent. I highly recommend it. We will definitely visit again. Thank you to both of you !

We stayed at Villa at the end of June. Loved it!We were pleasantly surprised when we saw a vase of fruit and various delicious things in the kitchen on the table, it was immediately clear that we were waiting for us! All the photos of the villa correspond to reality. The hall is large, the kitchen has all the amenities to cook, towels and linen are white, beds are comfortable, each room has air conditioning, the bathroom has a washing machine, toiletries in a full set,hot and cold water go without interruptions,Wi-Fi is available throughout. The villa is a two-storied house consisting of 2 apartments on the 1st and 2nd floors. The yard adjacent to the apartment is also divided into two parts:in each part there is a recreation area and a grill where you can cook delicious fish. The villa is located on a quiet street 100 meters from a sandy beach with good access to the sea. The car can be parked near the house,where you will not disturb anyone. We really enjoyed our stay at the villa! We will definitely be back.

Basically we had a very nice stay. The location is really perfect for relaxing days at the sea and especially with kids is very convenient that the beach is just across the little street. With regard to limited cleanliness I am sure that Ilias will improve the situation as he was not aware of all things which we provide him as a personal feedback. Although the Frog beach bar is next to the apartment it never was to noisy etc..

The home was modern clean and beautiful. Georgia was so friendly and helpful. We were traveling with our young baby and she had a baby bed and basonette ready upon arrival! This is the perfect place for anyone staying in Komotini! We will be staying at Georgias house every time we come back

What can I say. the apartment was great. Truly an incredible view to wake up to. Friendly and responsive host. great for our family. Easy to find, easy street parking. Food in the area was great. greek vanilla pastry is the best.. we would rate the place very highly. The only thing is the carrying of luggage up the stairs, but it's worth it. thank you for the great stay.

Grigoris is a very personable host, although we did not meet, he gave a feeling of acquaintance and not of a stranger... the property is stylish and meticulous, new and sparkling clean.. most compact and functional... Cynthia is a great hostess. Great communication and always there to help. The studio is super clean and spacious. The spot is located on the hill of Kavala and offers great view. The only thing that was weird was the smell of the heating system on the day we arrived. Not so disturbing but it was present. I would totally recommend this place!

The house is comfortable and well designed as shown on the photos. City center is 7-8 minutes away via car. The owner is very helpful
