Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in East Macedonia and Thrace

Two of us spent a week in the apartment. It is relatively small, no problem for two, for three it will be tight. Amenities are good, full kitchen, air conditioning and very clean. The contact with Christiana was great, fast, friendly and flexible! Adam even waited for us, even though we didn't arrive until after midnight. Thank you! The city can be reached on foot in about 40 minutes. But you can also sit nicely on the terrace in the evening. The only criticisms: - the neighbors can be a bit noisy and have a dog who also likes to bark a bit longer in the morning. - the streets around the apartment are very narrow, finding a parking space by car can sometimes be a bit difficult. Overall, a very nice stay!

Very nice and comfort house, very close (3 minutes walk) to the old city o Xanthi. The neighbourhood is very silent and peaceful. The house very clean!

It was a magical vacation. Very clean and bright house, great pool with mountain view. A complete feeling of harmony with nature. The house is perfectly designed, with very good thermal isolation. The best option - come by car. The house is located at some distance from the beach. The nearest beach is one of the best on the island. It is very long and therefore gives a great choice of umbrellas/loungers with a wide range of prices. Special thanks to the owner of the house. Orestis is a true professional. He is always on call. Very friendly and solves problems instantly.

A lovely home situated to a beautiful village with great views to the surrounding mountains. A perfect place for relaxing and escape from the urban jungle. Konstantinos was a very helpful and friendly host. Overall a great stay!

The place is amazing, and Anastasia is more than just a great host. Everything was exactly as shown in the pictures—or even better. We stayed for 9 days with our two children (a baby and a toddler) and thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The garden is incredible—so peaceful and relaxing. The location is perfect for exploring the island’s most beautiful beaches and interesting sights. We’d be happy to visit Thasos again and stay at Grandma’s House in the future.

Very cozy tiny house at the end of the village.. The hosts are very thoughtful and kind and we felt right at home!Xanthi is a very beautiful city and is a 25 min drive combined with great beaches in the vicinity made our stay unforgettable! The only thing in the yard of the house and there are quite a few mosquitos around but with everything else our Myrodato experience was great!!

We really enjoyed staying in this beautiful independent apartment, on the garden level. Spacious, clear, very comfortable, well equipped, nicely decorated, the apartment is close to downtown,which we were able to easily reach on foot. Free parking next to the house. Large supermarket nearby. Charming shaded garden, where we dined every night, quietly, with great pleasure. Very friendly and generous welcome from Maria's parents. In short, it's the best address of our whole trip to Greece this summer.

Marco's mother-in-law Sarra met us on arrival. She asked us to text her when we were an hour away. Then she sent a message 2 say that her husband had parked his car on the busy street to keep a parking space for us. That was wonderful! Sarra showed us round the apartment and gave us lots of info about the area/restaurants/ferries to Thassos etc. When we forgot that the key card needed to be in the slot for the electricity to work and messaged her about it she responded very quickly. She answered all our queries promptly. We loved the apartment. It was spacious, very clean and comfortable and the outside terrace was wonderful for relaxing on as well as for getting our clothes dried. Once we had moved the car it was impossible to get a space again in the street and we used the paying parking lot on the map which Marco had provided. It wasn't far to walk and cost only about €6 per day. We loved staying here and have no hesitation in recommending this apartment and Kavala to others.

First of all, the location of the house we stayed in is great. It is in the heart of Dedeağaç. Transportation to everywhere is very easy. We communicated very quickly from the moment we contacted the host. The house is very clean and everything is complete. It is a huge advantage that the house has its own garage and porch. We are very pleased

Christos is a great host. His wife's apple pie welcomed us :) Great studio flat with everything you need. Private garage is a big plus. I highly recommend Christos's flat to stay in Kavala.

The location of the house is in a perfect spot. There is a very nice beach in front of you and a bazaar a 5 minute walk away. Very nice location to go out during the day, evening or night. The entrance to the house was very easy, but parking your car is not very comfortable. The house is on a dead end street and sometimes there is or no space to park the car. Other than that, we loved everything. The host's communication was very nice. I believe we will choose it again.

Great place to stay with awesome views of the sea

The apartment is amazing - sparkling clean, nice view, spacious enough and provides all the necessary amenities. Harris is responsive and kind. The host has even offered welcome gifts which was impressing. The self check-in and out as well as the easy parking outside the house made our stay convenient. I totally recommend this place and will be soon back.

It was like not Sonia’s but like our own home☺️. She helped us to check in earlier, the home was so clean and tied. Very close to all place that you would prefer to see, visit, eat and shop. We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful and cozy villa! The villa is tastefully decorated and comes with a huge balcony offering splendid views — a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The villa is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay; the only thing missing is a washing machine to make it truly perfect. We loved having the convenience of private parking right inside the property, which made it easy for us to explore the nearby areas. The local beach is just wonderful, and the charming town nearby adds to the overall experience. Kavala and Nea Iraklitsa are just a 5-10 minute drive away, both offering large supermarkets and a wide range of dining options. If you're up for more beach adventures, there are several stunning beaches around a 30-minute drive to the south that are definitely worth visiting. Overall, we had a very enjoyable and relaxing stay and would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway.

I must say it's very nice appartment with everything needed for a stay in Kavala. Sparkling clean, modern and without clutter. The neighborhood is quiet and without any issues to park a car. So highly recommended.

Super nice view of a small bay. great for coffee in the morning Very clean and lovingly furnished. A travel bed was ready for our baby and there were plenty of blankets and towels. It took us 2 minutes to walk to downtown. Super easy communication and individual arrangement possible. You want to feel a bit at home if you don't know the city yet...then book this apartment.
