Βρίσκετε σε ήσυχη περιοχή μόλις 10 λεπτά με τα πόδια από την κεντρική πλατεία της πόλης και 500m από τη στάση της Παλιάς Νομικής για το Πανεπιστήμιο. Το διαμέρισμα ανακαινίστηκε το 2021.
