We had a fantastic stay! The neighborhood is vibrant and full of charm. Tons of amazing, affordable food options just minutes away, and it’s surprisingly close to downtown LA. One of the best parts? It’s also near the metro, which is a rare and super convenient perk in this city. Daniel and Rachel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking to explore LA with ease!

Noell's place is as described, very private, clean and complete with amenities that one would like to have, we especially liked the kitchenette, it is ready for simple cooking, even provided a welcome snack. If you like using the public transportation, Noell's place is highly recommended as the bus stop is just 2 minutes walking distance. All places you would wish to visit is all accessible by the Metro transportation system, bus and rail. Overall Noell's place is highly recommended.

Stayed here for 3 months for a job assignment and I loved how close it was to everything! I am 6’1 so it was a bit small of a space while I was there, but for an average height person I’m sure you’ll fit comfortably. Parking was a hit or miss depending on when I would get back from work but never had to park too far away from the house, maybe just a few streets over. Highly recommend Thomas’s place. There were a lot of spiders, however it is next to a big beautiful tree and located in California so not much getting around that. Thank you again Thomas!

I had an amazing experience staying at Beth’s loft in the Arts District. The location is ideal for anyone who appreciates the neighborhood’s distinctive character and incredible food options. The loft embodies the artistic vibe of the area, and many of the neighbors are artists themselves, which adds to its unique charm. It’s a great loft and it was perfect for my stay!
