Light and bright small self contained annex in a picturesque village setting. A short walk to two village pubs, and 5 minutes walk from the southdowns way, ideal for walkers and cyclists. 2 ½ miles from Petersfield town centre and mainline station to Waterloo. I am a huge believer in reuse and renew, doing whatever I can to help the beautiful environment we live in. Most of my furniture is salvaged or upcycled and functional. Bag transfer, dinner and packed lunches available upon prior request.

It is easy to explore Farnham and the beautiful countryside on our doorstep. We hope Guests will enjoy the use of our house on beautiful Hayling Island. Our home is newly modified to allow separate private accommodation all on ground floor for easy access. 'Millefleurs' is located in the middle of the island so all the wonderful things the Island has to offer are but a short walk, drive or cycle. The spacious annex has a separate guest entrance and off-street parking. Guests can use the private patio and there are facilities for breakfast of toast & cereal (included). Located down a private drive in the heart of Liphook within walking distance of many local amenities (3 pubs, supermarket, cinema, take aways). The train station is only a 7 minute walk away and a 2 minute walk from a bus stop. We are on the edge of the South Downs National Park with some stunning walks from the house.

Lovely self contained, super clean one bedroomed annex with its own entrance and small outside space with table and chair in a beautiful garden. Welcome breakfast pack. A car is essential. Semi-rural location in AONB within easy access to restaurants, towns and villages by car. Not suitable for on road cycling. Lovely cross country walks from the property and close to the Greensand Way and Devils Punchbowl. An hourly bus service operates Monday to Saturday at the end of our lane.

Large double room with own kitchen and bathroom. Conveniently situated just five minutes from the A3, on a private development, giving easy access to the coast, Goodwood, Farnham or Guildford. We are a 15 minute walk to the National Trust area of the Devils Punchbowl and a 5 minute drive to Frensham ponds. You have your own separate entrance to come and go as you please. Although if you need any advice we can be on hand to help with finding coffee shops or restaurants to visit.
