1946 Comfort Retreat is located on the Northeast side of Helper. We have a beautiful yard with fruit trees and outdoor furniture for relaxing. In the evening the deer come in for a snack from the apple trees. The house offers 2 bedrooms and a spacious living room. The dining table seats 6 and the air conditioning keeps your cool in the summer months and heats comfortably with a gas furnace. There is room in the driveway for three cars and an alley to park toy haulers or camping trailers.

We had a short issue with our heating and water because of the polar vortex but now everything is shipped shape and working great ! This beautiful, decorated open floor plan apartment can accommodate up to 3 guests for a memorable Helper stay. Free Parking is a breeze with the well lit driveway. Enjoy WiFi and Netflix/Amazon Prime/Disney+. Pets ok 20 fee. Must pay at time of booking.

Fantastic accommodations, beautifully maintained, with little details that made it great. The Balance Rock Café downstairs was amazing. Staff was friendly and remembered your name and order of you went more than once. Fun small western town vibes. Clean, well maintained buildings for such a small town. Mark the host was awesome, came to visit when I asked a few questions and gave us a great overview of the area, events and restaurants. Great host, great accommodations, fantastic experience overall.

We have stayed at this location three times and it is certainly worth it. It’s nice and comfortable and easy access to town. It’s on a slightly busy road but it’s worth it for the convenience of being close to town and easy to get to.
