"This is a newly finished, private entrance, basement apartment with 8 1/2 foot ceilings and above ground windows with plantation shutters. It’s located in a quiet neighborhood within minutes of American Fork Canyon, Mount Timpanogos, Thanksgiving Point, Cabelas, and easy freeway access. UVU is 15 minutes away, BYU campus is 30 minutes, and Sundance Ski Resort is 23 miles away. The suite is not wheelchair accessible because of rock steps to the entrance. See photos.
