Vacation rentals in Dutch Flat

This is my second stay at the historic mansion. I wrote a glowing review on my previous stay and our current stay did not disappoint. If you are looking for a high end AirBNB this is the place. Accommodations as in our prior visit were excellent, beddings were very comfortable and the home itself is well laid out and roomy. Sue our host was kind enough to provide plenty of firewood so we could avail ourselves to the outdoor fire pit where we were able to roast marshmallows for the young ones. Sue also contacted me and advised the home was ready for check in at an earlier time making our check in much more convenient. We look forward to staying here again on our next visit to Yuba City.

Beautiful custom built home in a quiet foothill setting. Probably the best stocked and equipped kitchen I have experienced at an AirBnB; fruit, snacks, and eggs were provided. Perfect location if you are simply wanting to get away and slow down for a day or two. The owners live in an adjacent building on the property and Anna met me at check-in and did a quick walk through of the house with me, which was very helpful. She was available if we had a need, but otherwise, left us to enjoy our time. Welcoming, friendly hosts and beautiful home in an ideal setting.

We had an excellent stay at Vasily's! I had to make a last minute adjustment to the amount of time we were staying and Vasily was quick to accommodate the change. So even though our stay was shorter than planned my family and dogs thoroughly enjoyed the house, large fenced property and hot tub! We had everything we needed right there. Loved there was a door off the master right by the hot tub! Plenty of space to spread out in the house. For someone who lives in a single story home there are lots of stairs here lol. The location is beautiful and loved waking up surrounded by all the trees. We will definitely be back!

Second time staying here and it is still one of my top favorite Airbnb homes! Wonderful home great place to stay with my family for a ski trip. Definitely will plan another stay here! Home away from home

We are a group of 3 families visiting the gold country on spring break. The house is just beautiful sitting on perched hill overlooking an open field. We woke up to an amazing view every day. I especially enjoyed cooking breakfast with the children in the bright open kitchen. There was plenty of space for just 8 of us. I also appreciated the bedroom with 2 bunks so all the kids get to stay in the same room. The location is private yet close enough to groceries and local eateries. The hosts are very easy to communicate with. Highly recommended.

The place was as described and looked like the pictures. Erica was very responsive to questions we had. The unit also had some extra bathroom amenities like eye makeup remover and Q-tips besides your usual shampoo/conditioner and body wash. They also gave a small s’more’s package. The kitchen had standard supplies but had some plastic dining ware that we were able to use for the kids. They also had a toy and book basket with games that my kids loved. Very family friendly. The location is a little farther from the ski lifts but completely walkable and in the village. We would definitely stay here again!

Big and interesting house! Lovely deers around!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Josh's place! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and at home. The check-in process was seamless, and Josh was incredibly accommodating. He let us check-in early as well as check out late so we can enjoy more the house. The space itself was just as described—clean, cozy, spacious! the house had everything you can imagine --- plenty of blankets, kitchen essentials. We especially loved the beautiful view from the third floor bedrooms, the well-equipped kitchens, and the 3 bathrooms. It was the perfect retreat after a day playing in the snow just outside the house. The location was fantastic! Only 3.5hrs from SF Bay Area. We loved the bedroom in the first floor because all the kids were able to sleep down there. Overall, our experience was exceptional, and we can’t recommend Josh’s place enough. We will definitely be returning on our next trip to Tahoe area! Thank you for a memorable stay!
