Very kind and friendly, there were no problems with check-in, although we were faster than the agreed time on the site, the lady didn't make any problems with it all. Good location close to hbf from which there are trains to dorthmundt if someone is going to dorthmund, e.g. for a game, I highly recommend this place.

We had a pleasant stay. It is ideal for work stays. There is a big fridge, a washing machine, and enough cooking utensils.

I have stayed in almost 200 AirBnB's and this was my most enjoyable to date. I stayed for a month and did not want to leave. The apartment is as clean and fresh and bright as it appears in the photo's. All the appliances and plumbing were in great working order. The mini-fridge was big. (Not hotel sized). Just a truly delightful experience. Truly an amazing stay and an amazing city and countryside. I look forward to coming back.

Thomas gave me a very warm welcome and was always quickly available for questions or anything else. Due to his helpful and friendly nature, you quickly felt at home. Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay and I would recommend the place at any time.

From check-in to check-out, everything worked smoothly. The apartment was as described, sufficient space for up to 6 people. Beautiful kitchen and beautiful bathrooms. Shopping right nearby and connection to the city also optimal. We can highly recommend it as a family and as a group.

Nice place, exactly what we needed for a weekend in Cologne and great location

It was a surprise for my girlfriend, she couldn't stop being amazed, she wasn't finished looking when tears of joy came to her. So if you want to surprise someone here, it will definitely succeed. Our visit to Dortmund was also a complete success because of this great apartment. We expected a very nicely furnished, cozy apartment with perfect infrastructure. On the table were fresh flowers, sparkling wine and a chocolate Easter bunny, which gave us the nice feeling of being welcome. Of course, we also enjoyed the jaccuzi to the fullest.
