We have recently updated our Dairy cottage, by fitting an new kitchen and new windows ! Our Dairy cottage has a double room and a twin room, a modern bathroom, and a cosy living/dining/kitchen area with Smart TV and a wood burning stove ----- the stove is just for fun, there is gas central heating as well to keep it toasty warm. Set on a working sheep farm, the cottage is a great base for local attractions like Beamish Museum, Durham and Hadrian's wall.

Situated less than 10 meters from the UK's oldest Brass Mill, skirting on the tranquil Mill Island with complimentary access to Kayaks, paddle boards and bikes and all being only a 10 minute drive into historic Bath's city centre. We are 8 miles away from ski slopes in both directions. .Halcottsville is a tiny hamlet In the heart of the Catskills .The porch is a compound with an old general store built in 1890 which is available for rent .We also have a restored barn , gardens and Apple orchard . The Bungalow is super private and still right on Main Street in Halcottsville. we have six goats and a mini horse named Batman.
