Located in the heart of Lisbon, in Marques de Pombal close to the emblematic Eduardo VII park and Avenida da Liberdade. ⚠️PLEASE NOTE there is construction work next door and may be noisy during the day** The rooftop apartment is accessible via an outdoor spiral staircase. Due to the stairs, please note that this apartment is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

A five minute drive to downtown Newport, and a few minutes walk to Sachuest Beach, this above-garage guesthouse is detached from the main residence with its own private entrance. There is a large living area and a kitchenette, bedroom and bathroom. The living room sofa converts to a bed, so the property is ideal for 2 people, however, the sleep sofa can accommodate 2 more. There is no extra charge for children under the age of 18. We are dog friendly. There's a $25 charge for a second dog.

There is a parking space for one car at the rear of the property. It is accessed through an archway which measures 2.8 metres wide. Our spacious 3 room, 1,200 square foot historic (c. 1670) one bedroom apartment for two guests has exposed beams, wide pine floors, full bath, kitchenette, and is just a short walk to Long Sands Beach or a short drive to York Beach, York Harbor, or York Village.

Unit has fully stocked kitchen, huge bathroom w. laundry and expansive views of Mount Mansfield. Also enjoy the salt water hot tub year round. A 5-minute drive to the middle of Stowe Village and a 15 minute drive to Stowe Mountain and Resort from there.

Built in 1881, our home is walking distance to downtown Newport, the Cliff Walk, and First Beach. The third floor suite features two large bedrooms (both queen size), an expansive living area, a private full bath, and your own eat-in kitchen. We are licensed by the City of Newport as an approved Airbnb site. We typically require a minimum two night stay during the busy summer weekends.
