House vacation rentals in Durango

Great location for a weekend away in the mountains of Colorado with plenty of amenities for families and/or friends.

Dallas was a great host. Very responsive, informative and gracious. We did feel the price was a bit high for the space compared to some other places we have stayed. The home needs a little bit of routine maintainance but overall it was great.

Just what we wanted. Just outside downtown Durango but a quick drive there. Super peaceful and quiet. We heard no noise at all and actually probably created more noise than I meant to (teens with heavy feet). Great stay. Karin was great.

What a great home! You can tell Melissa was very thoughtful when designing this home and adding details to what a guest may need. She was very responsive and so kind. The home was comfy, clean and private. We enjoyed walking around and just being outside. The deck and outdoor seating area was also neat. We really enjoyed having ice cream by the fire pit. Our little boys played outside and enjoyed having the space. Great place for stargazing. It was about 15-20 min from Durango but the drive felt faster. We would totally come back!

The house was amazing it’s big a specious. Lot’s of things to do in the house and Durango. The house has pretty much everything as if you’re at home. We got to see the snow after all kids were very happy. Thanks again highly recommended

This trip was for my husbands 50th Birthday. Our 2 adult kids and daughter in law and our 2 young grandsons all went to have a 50th birthday vacation for him. We all loved the place and everything there was there! The attention to every detail was amazing! This is the best Air Bnb we’ve ever stayed in and we highly recommend it to everyone looking for a large home for a big family gathering. You won’t be disappointed!

Nick and the team did a wonderful job of hosting. The house was absolutely gorgeous and the view from the hot tub was breath taking. I am a Colorado native and this was the perfect home to show my in-laws the area! The kitchen and dining room windows were large and let in so much natural light!

We absolutely loved our stay. The comforts of home with the vacation we wanted. Michelle was amazing as was the house. If ever in Durango again we will book this cabin again.

We had a great stay. It was very cozy and a great location - chair 7 is a 5 minute walk. Very walkable to town as well. Great bedrooms and very clean. Hot tub was great. The dishwasher broke while we were staying but Avantstay had someone fix it within a day. The grocery store also couldn’t be more convenient, just to the back of the building. Very minor but there was a lack of hooks to hang jackets/towels, so that is one suggestion for them to add. WiFi and internet worked great for video calls. Would definitely stay again!

This house is very nice. Really well-stocked kitchen, well-decorated, and super clean. Great king size bed. Farm fresh eggs in the fridge are a great bonus! The host accurately described that the house is a duplex with an RV pad in back. Be aware that you may hear an occasional voice/noise from the adjacent unit if it's occupied, in addition to occasional noise if RVs are being removed or parked in back. The last quarter-mile dirt road to the house is a little rough, so drive slowly (especially if you get in after dark!). If I'm in the area I would stay here again.

Angela has a perfect spot to stay and play in Silverton. Downtown is right out the door and skiing can’t be any closer.

We loved the outside spaces and the comfortable living area. The hot springs are just right down down the road and it’s easy to get to downtown Durango and Purgatory.

We loved this property at Purgatory resort. We were here during off season so everything was quite but it is located just opposite to the resort entrance with option for free shuttle to the skiing area so that is plus especially since we prefer to stay in a homely environment instead of a resort. We had a Tesla and having a covered garage with a level 2 charger made the difference for us to choose this property (will need to have a J1772 to CCS adapter though). The surrounding is beautiful and its right on 550 in between Durango and Silverton so great location IMO. The house itself is very modern and cozy. Brian has been super responsive to queries throughout. We loved our stay and will consider again when we visit this area.

Our stay was wonderful. Ski-in/ski-out with ski valet service. Enjoyed the evening happy hours in the resort bar. Car valets were amazing. Incredible view from our condo. 15 min drive into Telluride. Only recommendation is the room could use some updating. Window shades wouldn’t stay open, the finishes are dated and the kitchen didn’t have many tools to cook with.

Best place to stay. Our Host was great to communicate with prior to our stay answering all our questions in a timely manner. The condo far exceeded our expectations. It was well furnished with plenty of towels, cookware, extra refrigerator, a large washer and dryer, and all the amenities you could want. There were also lots of board games to keep our kids entertained as well as a swimming pool that was just a few steps away. We rented skis from Performance Skis which is near the Condo without the hassle and long lines of renting at the resort. I can't say enough about how great this condo and our Host was. We look forward to staying here again next year.

We had a great stay in the Purgatory Condo. We were close to the mountain and the Shuttle Service was excellent. We enjoyed the hot tub and comfortable surroundings after long days on the slopes.

Great place with free shuttle to Purgatory. Kitchen has the basic amenities (pots, pans, silverware, glasses, small appliances) and not much else. If you plan to cook there, make sure you bring any oils, spices, non-basic items etc you may need.

We had a great stay at the Oasis Resort. The house was the cleanest Airbnb we have ever stayed in, and so bright and comfortable. There’s a lot to do on the RV resort for young kids, including a small playground, complimentary mini golf, and a swimming pool. The host were very friendly and responsive. Highly recommend!
