A lovely stay! Very warm and cosy, with all the essential amenities and more!

We stayed in this beautiful place, away from the crowds and overlooking Mount Errigal. The location is stunning — on clear days, you can see the sea and rolling hills. Caoimhe’s house opens onto peaceful bogland, and we went for walks there every day. It’s simply beautiful. The house is fully loaded. Just bring your clothes and food. The fireplace with two big couches was perfect after long days of hiking and exploring — some of our favourite moments. We also enjoyed chatting with Ian and their son, Luke. On the last day, Ian left us with a question that kept us thinking the whole way home. An added bonus: Loki, the friendly border collie, and three playful cats (the “Gucci gang”) are always around. We loved our stay and would highly recommend it to anyone wanting to unplug and just be.

Myself and 9 other guests really enjoyed our stay in Catherines AirBNB. She was a responsive host whenever she was contacted regarding the property and any queries we had. The property was easy to find given the remote location. Beautiful views over the surrounding lakes and mountains which are easily accessible should you wish. The property was exactly as described and very comfortably fit 10 adults. We never felt cramped or wishing for extra space - it was just right! Amenities were sufficient although the dishwasher not working was a slight inconvenience as there were 10 of us having meals etc. Given it was over the holiday season, i’m sure it was out of the hosts hands to have repaired. It’s about a 15 minute drive to the town which has a a pub, coffee shop and a general food shop. Having a car here is necessary to do anything. We would absolutely return here and would highly recommend Seodin Cottage to all!
