Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Duncan

We were in town for a baseball tournament at Fluor Field. Matthew's place was an easy walk to/from the field. It is a cute, vintage apartment and Matthew's description is very accurate. We used the noise machine and didn't have any issue sleeping. We had everything we needed for our stay.

This is our 3rd time staying at this location. It is perfect location for riding the Swamp Rabbit Trail and was very close to Furman University where we had a few events. Look forward to returning next year!

Best stay ever! Lin and Russell were so kind and friendly. She gave us a tour of the apartment before hand. The apartment was stocked with everything you need and more. Dog friendly with a nice backyard for our dogs to use. You really felt like you were home.

Rita met us at the property and showed us the house, gave us the keys and provided helpful written notes. She stayed in communication with us throughout our stay to ensure everything was going smoothly. Great property and great host.

Very nice, large & clean remodeled basement. Comfortable bed, large special bathroom, very nice kitchen & dining room , plus a living room & a laundry. We’ve stayed here before & will stay there again. The little extras make it all worth while. Very good & delicious snacks & chocolates, plus coffee pods & cold drinks in the refrigerator. The Hosts were very nice and welcoming as well as very respectful as well. We enjoyed our time together with them as well walking around the yard. I think their apartment is very well put together and we appreciate them with helping on the price as well as allowing us to check in early. We truly appreciate their supportive actions for our stay. Paige & Rachel were AMAZING! Even though our last couple days we got hit with Hurricane Helene & had no power, they went out of their way to help & I am so grateful!

My second time staying, very clean and comfortable. There is some noise from the road but the host provides a box fan which provides perfect white noise to help drown it out!

John is an outstanding host! He is very informative and responsive. The home is also just as described! It was perfect for us. Very welcoming and cozy. We will absolutely stay here again the next time we are visiting. I cannot recommend this place enough. 10/10

I had such a great stay here! The moment I walked in, I was greeted by the most amazing scent—it smelled so good, clean and welcoming. The space was cozy, spotless, and thoughtfully put together. It truly felt like a home away from home. Everything I needed was there, which made my stay super easy and comfortable. You can tell the host really cares about the little details. I’d absolutely stay here again!

We spent an evening with our family on our way to Hilton Head. We had plenty of space for everyone and the screened in porch was great for chatting in the evening after dinner. Greenville is a short drive, great park and good eats.

We had the best stay at Karen’s house. It had comfortable furniture and was very clean. It was the perfect spot to stay while we were in town for my daughter’s wedding. It was a perfect place to come home to at night to relax.

This was first time we did an Airbnb. Really great place would recommend it to anyone. Clean, alot of thongs we could use. General my dog really had a great time. Relaxing and beautiful area. We stayed at Osea’s house while house hunting in Greenville. Although we didn’t spend much time at the home to cook or use the outdoor space, we really appreciated how clean and spacious it was for the four of us. She thoughtfully provided extra toiletries like disposable toothbrushes, Q-tips, dental floss, and even shower scrubs, which we found very convenient. If you plan to do laundry, there’s a washer and dryer available, but be sure to bring your own detergent as it’s not provided. The surroundings were peaceful, and we even got to see cows and goats, which made our stay feel extra special. Overall, we were very pleased with our experience!

This place exceeded all our expectations! Our stay in Spartanburg for a wedding was absolutely wonderful. The accommodations were perfect, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. A big thank-you to Emily and her team for hosting such a lovely and welcoming place. Highly recommended!

Michelle's studio was exactly what the doctor ordered. Attending a work event at the Hugenot Mill, the unit could not have been more convenient to the venue. And so accessible to everything Greenville has to offer. The unit was cozy and welcoming and they even went so far as to provide snacks and bottled water. Instructions were clear and easy and the king bed was very comfy. Almost made me want to skip my event 😄 Next time in town will definitely book again. Thank you!

This was a comfortable and quaint place right in the heart of Greenville. We could walk to the farmer's market, shops and various restaurants. I would highly recommend this place to anyone traveling to Greenville. Renee is an awesome hostess!

We had an incredible stay in Greenville! The apartment is perfect for a couple looking for a place to stay in downtown Greenville. it is incredibly nice and is located in the heart of downtown Greenville, where you can walk to great shops and restaurants. there’s a bike rental place across the street and you can ride on the Swamp rabbit trail for miles! I highly recommend this place and hope to be back!
