The skyscraper has direct access to the largest shopping mall and cinema city. It is located on the bike path along the river towards Hungary, Austria and the Carpathians. From the D1 highway /city bypass/ it is easy to get to the Eurovea garage.

From this centrally located accommodation, guests have access to the capital city of Bratislava (20 km, 20 minutes), the X-bionic sphere sports complex in Šamorín, or the largest casino in Slovakia in Šamorín (9 km, 12 minutes). Lidl, a fitness centre is within walking distance. The apartment is suitable for 2-5 people. It has a double bed and 1 single bed. It is also possible to sleep on the sofa bed (ideally 1 person, max 2 people). There is also 1 extra mattress available (for a 5th/6th person)

The apartment is located in a beautiful area. On one side is the National Football Stadium and the Ondrej Nepela Arena, and on the other side is Lake Kuchajda. The city center is a 20-minute walk or a 5-minute drive away. There is free parking for one car in the building. Two large shopping centers are a 5-minute walk away - Vivo and Central. On the ground floor, facing the street, there is a grocery store and a pharmacy. There are also three restaurants - a sushi bar, a steak house and an Italian restaurant.
