The cottage is in a semi-secluded area on the edge of the forest about 150m from the village of Zátyní. In the vicinity of the cottage there are hiking and cycling trails leading through the beautiful landscape of Kokořínsko. There are two buildings on the plot - a cottage and a barn, which with their shorter side adjoin a 15m high rock in which wine cellars are carved. There is a 5x3xm recessed pool and a Finnish sauna. 10 cars can be parked at the cottage

From one bedroom and the living room, there is an entrance to the garden with outdoor seating. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and washing machine.
