Monthly Rentals in Duarte

Nice small studio detached studio apartment. Good off street, gated parking space right in front of unit. Nice little kitchen and bathroom, comfortable bed and nice tv with good WiFi. 5 minute walk to metro, 10 minute walk to old town Monrovia or short drive to lots of shopping and dining. Great location. Close to the 210 freeway so sow traffic noise when outside but quiet inside. Nice seating area outside. Good laundry room outside of rental. Enjoyed my 4 night rental and highly recommended for a single traveler or couple. The best of 3 Airbnb rentals I’ve stayed at in this part of LA.

Richard is an excellent host! He is very responsive and accommodating. His place is private and easy to access. His parking instructions are very clear as well. The unit looks exactly like the pictures. It is a great place for a short stay.

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The space was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated. The location was perfect, close to everything I needed but still quiet and peaceful. The host was incredibly responsive and made check-in super easy. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touches like fresh towels, coffee, and local recommendations. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

I loved it here. The place was clean, brand new and centrally located. Neighborhood was safe and parking was convenient. The backyard was roomy and the view of the mountains from the front yard was incredible. Ervin was a friendly and responsible host and I highly recommend a stay in this unit!
