Come visit our studio apartment! We are renting out our newly converted guest apartment, which features a large kitchen-living room, a large bedroom, a small children's bedroom, a work area, access to the garden, and a very nice bathroom... You can expect lots of DIY projects, and there is a shared workshop/sauna. The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood, close to the Elbe and not far from Schillerplatz with the blue wonder. Bus and tram connections to downtown are easily accessible in about 3 minutes.

The living room and bedroom has a large loft bed, with comfortable access, a cozy couch, plus a table, chairs and a wardrobe. A small kitchen-living room, sleeps several people and is connected to the conservatory. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub. Parking is available in public spaces. Good public transport connections.

The "Forsthaus Bielatal": The apartment is located in a sunny secluded location on the 1.5 hectare forest property of the Saxon royal Oberförsterei Reichstein. The listed house was converted into a very special holiday property with 5 apartments (fully equipped incl. kitchen & bathroom) and an additional common room. You can expect the charm of an architecturally beautiful half-timbered building from the turn of the century, in harmony with the most modern furnishings.

To the Rauenstein FW 1 (upper floor)

Our house with 2 apartments is located on a 2000 sqm property in a quiet location on the edge of the forest, directly on the famous Malerweg. In about 600 m you can reach the Elbe cycle path, the ferry dock, the adventure pool and restaurants. Good starting point for hiking, biking, as well as for visits to castles and palaces as well as sights. The S-Bahn station "Stadt Wehlen" is about 500 m away. From here you can reach the cultural city of Dresden in 30 minutes.

Feel-good Apartment Lösnitzgrund

Our feel-good apartment is in Radebeul in an absolutely dream location with an incomparable view over Dresden and the Elbe valley. The vineyard (paradise mountain), the wine taverns as well as cycling and hiking trails are right on our doorstep. A spacious sauna and the use of a heated outdoor pool are available to our guests as a special highlight. The city of Dresden can be reached by car in 10 minutes. The Elbe cycle path is 15 minutes away by bike.

Are you looking for a charming apartment in a villa area that is still centrally located? Our apartment is located 10 minutes from Dresden city center/main train station. Public transport is outside the door. You can easily explore all the sights. Despite the proximity to the hustle and bustle, you are surrounded by nature in the countryside. Pets are welcome here. Garden / sauna / hot tub for relaxation, parking and e-charging station available.

The fireplace, infrared sauna (for 2 people), barbecue area and terrace make for a pure nature vacation. The Malerweg, the Forststeig nearby. From 4/1/25 we have the "guest card mobile" so that all bus connections and ferry can be used free of charge. Ideal for dogs - 1000 m² fenced.

This luxuriously and stylishly spacious 4-room duplex apartment is located in a “house within a house” style, with a separate entrance, in a newly and completely renovated multi-family villa. Arrive and feel good in about 150 square meters! Thanks to the central location, you can reach public transportation in just a 3-minute walk, and you can be in the trendy Neustadt district and the city center in just 15–20 minutes.

The old wash house of our villa from 1900 is located in the green. It has been modernly renovated as a bright studio house with a gallery. Whether by car, by public transport or by bike, our house is easily accessible. Also from the Elb biking trail, it is only a small detour.
