House vacation rentals in Downtown, Salt Lake City

This was a great place to stay for our larger group and could see this being great for two families. That has two kitchens and plenty of space for people to spend time separately or altogether. It’s also very close to anything you need, but a great neighborhood to walk around at the same time. The rooms and whole house were clean and well decorated. The only small complaint we had was that the pool and hot tub weren’t clean upon arrival, but the host was quick to respond and had it cleaned up that day. We were in between locations so that day was our planned “pool day” and it put a small twist on our plans with kids - but ended up working out by the afternoon. I would definitely recommend this location and would come back if we are in the area again! Overall, we loved the house and would definitely come back if we were in the area again!

Enjoyed the stay. The neighborhood is quiet with great walking areas throughout. The house has all the amenities you would need along with beautiful views of the city and mountains. Terry is very responsive with any questions or concerns you may have. I would stay there again.

Stayed for a month and had a great time. Place was always a welcome retreat after hitting the slopes, whether that was enjoying the pool, game room, or hanging around the living area. Tim and Angie were responsive and helpful!

We had a 7 person crew stay at this Air BNB. We had a wonderful time and enjoyed the amenities very much. Our host was very responsive and accommodating. We had a great time and would definitely recommend.

Michelle's place is so adorable! Super clean, very spacious and beautifully decorated with so many little extra touches that make a big difference. Well stocked with anything you could need. We will definitely be staying here again when we are in Utah!

We absolutely loved this place. We had 5 adults and 1 child so if anyone wanted 'space' there was more than enough in this house. We had a bit of 'issues' with the pool and hot tub but CJ was quick to get maintenance on the problem and fixed it promptly. We thoroughly enjoyed this home.

I had a wonderful stay at Sarah's place. The renovations to the house were the perfect blend of modern while keeping the vintage character of the house. The decor was on point. The house was well stocked with a coffee station, basics for cooking, extra blankets around the house, and extra supplies if I needed them. I hope to stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

The place was amazing, very clean, modern, and convenient. Bed was firm but comfy, kitchen well equipped, and the 2 baths made getting ready a breeze. Parking was very convenient and several restaurants and a grocery store were in walking distance. Talmage was super helpful and responsive. Great stay, would come back again! This is a well appointed 3 level townhouse with 3 BR suites. One ground floor. Kitchen & LR on 2nd. Two suites in 3rd. Super clean and comfortable. A few walkable spots nearby. This worked perfectly for a family trip in for a wedding. Thanks!

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful, modern townhome! The space is thoughtfully updated with a clean, stylish design. The bedding was incredibly comfortable—some of the best sleep we've had while traveling. It’s located just minutes from the downtown area, making it super convenient to explore local restaurants, shops, and attractions. Check-in was seamless and straightforward, and we really appreciated the large TVs in the living area and bedrooms—perfect for relaxing after a day out. Highly recommend this Airbnb for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and a touch of modern luxury!

This was a perfect bungalow for our stay: a large bedroom, well furnished kitchen and even laundry facilities. The location worked well for us with dog walks around Liberty Park and food/coffee nearby on the 9th South Maven district.

Great experience for our family vacation in SLC. The house was clean, well furnished, and in a nice, quiet neighborhood between downtown and U of U campus. We enjoyed the neighborhood feel and convenient walk to coffee shop nearby. Would stay here again on our next visit to Salt Lake!

Broadway Manor was absolutely perfect for our family. The house is HUGE and has a wonderful layout. Everything was pristine. It was like walking into a model home from HGTV. The owners' attention to detail is amazing. The house was incredibly quiet and we never heard any street noises. Having three parking spaces was also great. We chose this house for it's size and location. We flew to SLC for my brother's wedding. With permission, we were able to have my extended family over for brunch. The kitchen is wonderful for larger groups. The hot tub was clean and worked perfectly. All the furniture - beds, couches, chairs, were all newer and very comfortable. All the linens were higher end. The little playroom was great for our 3 and 6-year-old, and cousins who visited us. Not having to travel with any extra toys for the kids was a huge plus. Even the books they had were just right for bedtime stories. We especially liked the "Hike" book. This rental was fabulous all-around.

Location, location, location! This location is absolutely gorgeous. We’re high up in the avenues with the valley stretching out beneath us. The apartment has been renovated and is absolutely gorgeous. It was very comfortable, thank you for making our visit perfect.

A fantastic home and visit! Loved the proximity to trails, a quick walk to beautiful views - not the least of which was off the wraparound landing! Really enjoyed the huge deck, perfect spot for morning coffee. Will return!

Great house, location and host!

House was very clean and the bed was so comfortable! Charming home with a beautiful view of the city and sunset. Cute historic neighborhood so fun to walk around and explore.

Wonderful stay. Even left a treat for the dog. Garden is beautiful. Beds are very comfortable. All the amenities. A tremendous soft landing after an extended cross country trip. The neighborhood is a little far from sightseeing but the block the house is on is adorable and felt right at home. Don’t hesitate to book here!

A fabulous spot for exploring Salt Lake City! We loved our stay in this Utah gem.... extremely clean, well stocked, comfortable, and in a great location. We loved the very walkable neighborhood spots (especially the gelato!) and beyond the immediate neighborhood everything was a very easy drive. We also appreciated Noel's helpful suggestions and quick response time. One highlight of our visit was a day hike at Sundance Resort followed by a delicious lunch in their lovely cafe. Salt Lake City caught us off guard with all of her charms (including this Air Bnb) and we look forward to returning soon!
