We loved staying at this place! It was perfect as our bridal suite, a luxurious and comfortable place to stay with our closest family during our wedding in the Avenues. To top it off, it is right across Lindsay Gardens Park which is a beautiful park and was the perfect venue for our rehearsal dinner the night before. Our host Bobbi was responsive, kind, and accommodated our needs. The house was beautiful, spotless, extremely spacious, and a lovely place to stay. The master bedroom has a gorgeous view, amazing bathroom, and large closet that was perfect for my bride and I!

This was our 6th stay here, the hosts are amazing, great communicators and everything in the place is well done. The space is great and the location is very good with easy proximity to downtown and the U. We would obviously come back again!

The house was exactly as pictured, clean, comfortable, and very inviting. It had everything I expected and felt like a home away from home. The space was well kept and clearly cared for, which made settling in super easy. Would definitely stay here again.

The place is exactly as listed. The area was very walkable and we were able to park the car and walk to dinner and coffee. It was quiet, peaceful, and beautiful.

Jill's place is so welcoming and peaceful; after a long drive, it's so nice to feel at home. Her place is squeaky clean and well thought out. The espresso machine is a nice touch, I appreciate that you also provided the beans and a grinder. I definitely give your place 5 stars and look forward to going back. Thank you agin for hosting us.

Very comfortable, clean place. Sarah and Brian were always friendly, communicative, and accommodating. Beds are comfortable and I want that leather couch for my own place. Great reading options as well. Walkable to some cafes and restaurants and to Liberty Park so good location. All in all a great place to stay if visiting SLC.

This place is beautiful, even better than the pics. Adrian was very responsive. I really enjoyed my stay and will always stay here when in Salt Lake.

Gregory’s place is perfect for a family with kids or for three sleepers. The pictures are accurate, amenities comforting, and the host is available and very hospitable. I traveled with the men in my family and all three had our separate sleeping quarters. The apartment is located easily to take the bus downtown or a medium long walk to the university.

5 stars. As advertised. We stayed here for a ski trip - the location is very convenient (~25 mins to Snowbird, Brighton, Solitude). Its also ~25 mins to center SLC. Host was responsive and easy to deal with. Kitchen and wash/dryer were great. Would highly recommend staying here if visiting the little cottonwood canyon

Friendly host and a clean space. Everything you could need. Location was close to many things. Walkable or short uber ride. I had nothing negative to say about my stay😊

WOW! This is my favorite stay on air bnb (and my border collies). Beautiful, big back yard with tree swings, hammocks, large trees and mountain views. My pup and I bumped into the owner’s and their dogs only once (which was lovely!), so there’s lots of privacy if that’s what you’re looking for. The apartment itself was spotless and decorated so cute. They had so many little amenities— extra toothbrushes, cotton swabs, hair ties, etc. The apartment was very quiet, the only noise i heard was the occasional cute little footsteps from the dogs :) But even that was rare. The kitchen was great! I cooked at their place for every meal and the hot plate, coffee maker, electric kettle, and everything worked great. They also provided a dog bed, bowls, treats, and toys. Me and my pup felt incredibly welcomed, comfortable, and happy here :) I’ll be back soon!

Clean, comfortable studio with walkable location to shops and downtown. Beautiful mountain view plus lots of nice amenities included. Would definitely stay again!

Great location and a fantastic place to stay. Host was very fast and responsive on a couple questions we had. The elevator didn't work 80% of time time, which wasn't her fault. But carrying all the luggage down was inconvenient so be prepared for that if you can't do stairs. Quiet place and would definitely stay there again.

Lovely and quiet apartment! All of the instructions and information made things so easy. The building itself offered some great amenities as well. I found the location to be excellent for walking to the various places I needed to be. My stay was so comfortable, and I really felt welcomed and at home. I’d love to stay here again next time I come to Salt Lake City!

The home was the perfect find for us. It was spotlessly clean, spacious, incredibly tidy. The host thought of everything to make the stay comfortable- there were many thoughtful touches throughout. Kitchen was fully stocked, making it easy to cook if we wanted to, though we loved using the helpful binder and the wall of recommended restaurants to local restaurants to explore the area. The house itself is stunning, just like the pictures. Meticulously groomed yard, furnishings perfectly suited to the space. Hands down, we would stay here again without hesitation. Highly recommend. This was the cutest little condo I stayed at, my boyfriend and I so pleased with how comfortable everything was. It was so clean and spacious. The bed was extremely comfortable and the balcony had a view of the City lights. We will most definitely be coming back.

Not only is the house beautiful, but the neighborhood is as well. It has stunning views, and even though it’s close to a main road, it’s quiet and safe. We really enjoyed our stay. Andrew and Shanda were kind enough to let us extend for one more night at the last minute.

The condo was a fun little getaway! The hot tub was our favorite part! The condo was clean and had everything we needed for our little retreat. I was able to reach out to Isaac and got immediate responses. my husband and I were very pleased with our hosts and fun weekend at the condo! We would recommend Isaac and Maritza to friends and family for fantastic hosts. Thank you again for an awesome experience!

We had a wonderful time staying at Michaela's place! My phone had issues with the door's locking system, but Michaela's friend graciously came immediately and helped us troubleshoot the problems so we didn't have to worry going forward for the week we stayed. I appreciated that responsiveness immensely. The place was gorgeous, kitchen was lovely to use, and the neighborhood was quiet and very enjoyable!

We had a great stay! The listing was exactly as pictured—very clean, comfortable and overall had a lovely feel. The beds were especially comfy, and we generally felt safe throughout our stay with our little ones. Having access to the garage and the option to charge our EV was a fantastic added bonus. The location was excellent too, with a delicious hotpot place and Chinese desserts just across the street—super convenient! Would definitely recommend this place and would loveee to stay again.

This is our SLC go to place. We just love it here. The location is perfect for what we want and the couch and bed are super comfy. It’s very open and definitely has a luxury feel with all of the details they put into the decor and amenities. That’s why it continues to remain our favorite. Thanks for always being the best host!

Great location with excellent parking right outside the door. Three minor items to be aware of: (1) The bed is soft/saggy, (2) The sliding door to the bathroom isn't completely private, (3) There is a sulfur smell in the kitchen occasionally, I think from the sink vent. Overall, it's a good place for the cost.
