Jeffrey and Melanie were amazing hosts! They were extremely attentive and had provided plenty of amenities to suit our needs. The space was absolutely beautiful and our family felt like home there. It was very clean and neat as well and we had just an overall great experience and Easter. We would definitely recommend them and this space and would stay here again!!! =)

Great place. I honestly needed a place last minute and liked the price and rating so didn't really look at photos. I was so pleasantly surprised when I walked in! It is such a cool set up. The bedrooms were good size and beds looked comfortable but I never made it to one of them as the couch was super comfy and I crashed there. The 'Hobbit" touch was really neat and the decor spot on. The fireplaces were nice, I kept one going all night. They had a welcome sign for me and the kitchen was really well stocked, including drinks in the fridge. Lots of snacks to choose from. The host has done a great job!

This farm cottage was absolutely adorable!! I lived in Sevier County and was between homes so needed a place for about a week during the transition for spring break and this home was perfect! The kids loved playing with the animals in the field right next to us and the pond just behind the barn was so convenient for my son to go fishing everyday. Inside the home, the feeling was comfortable and inviting. Everything was very clean and well put together with plenty of dishes, linens and all the necessities needed. Almost all of the furniture was antique and was very well taken care of and I couldn’t believe how great of a condition it was all in. The property is located away from the busy tourist area so you can relax and enjoy your quiet surroundings but still only be about 20 minutes to attractions if you’re coming to the area for that. The hosts were very responsive and super sweet. I will definitely stay here again and again when I am back in the area, it truly was a treat❤️

Lovely place. A lot of detail has gone into fixing up this 1965 tree house. Very spacious. The rooms were well spread out. We loved the front door, and the split decks. Great views. The windows and natural lighting made this place so cozy. Close to downtown. We were in town for a comedy show and just happened to come during the Rossini Festival, not knowing. Made for a great girls weekend!❤️

This place was amazing! perfect for a quick getaway and peaceful surroundings but close enough to downtown knox to do anything you want. definitely would stay here again and highly recommend staying at any of AnneAlyse’s properties!

Upscale Pool Home~EVERY Amenity~SAFE Neighborhood!

We stayed here for 2 weeks while waiting on home renovations to be completed in our own house. The neighborhood was very peaceful and quiet, and we loved the long driveway with extended area for additional parking. We appreciated have full use of the garage to park our cars out of the son and rain. The house was comfortable for our teenagers and two pets. Beautiful fenced in back yard that our dog loved. Kitchen was very nice for making meals and we appreciated the coffee supplies. King beds were very comfortable. Wrong time of year for us to enjoy the pool area, but would be super fun during the summer time and we appreciated the pool table/ping pong area for gathering friends during long, warm summer nights. The only draw back were the shallow bathtubs. Perfectly fine for bathing children, but if you’re a teenager or adult who enjoys soaking tubs, best save the soaking for the hot tub in the backyard. ;) All in all, it was a nice and comfortable stay.

Retreat w/ dual head shower and soaking tub

It is beautiful, clean, quiet, and in a nice area. Felt very safe. Made a great place to get away without my kids for a weekend. I would definitely return for another stay (but probably not pregnant again because the bathroom is down the stairs and the bed is upstairs haha, I didn’t think that one through) The driveway splits off in three directions so getting door dash there was a bit tricky (we had to meet at the end of the driveway for one) but we wanted to just stay in. It’s a great place if you just want to stay inside in a location away from your house. It’s also fairly close to a lot of restaurants and things to do if that’s what you want. The shower and bathtub were so nice. I was really shocked at how much space there is, it’s bigger than it looks in the photos. The view of the river is also so peaceful and pretty. Loved my stay❤️ would highly recommend it to anyone.

Was a perfect place for our short stay. The house was just as described. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Quick easy pickup for our Uber pick ups. Neighborhood looked sketchy at first, but ended up being quiet. No issues with check in. Would stay again

I just want to say thanks for letting us stay! We had a great time. The host was very friendly and let one of our friends park his van for the trip. I would highly recommend this place to stay if you're MTB or Onewheel riding. It's close to the trails.

Great peaceful place to stay. Especially if you want to stay around and enjoy the beautiful property. We had everything we needed and the cabin was clean, comfortable and nice. Great place, great value. Shower in mbr is great. Note that the tub in the guest bath is not shower capable. Also note if you are heading to Knoxville or Pidge/Gat you will do a bit of driving on curvy roads. Just part and parcel. Could not beat the value. Highly recommend.

Wonderful place to stay! We were in town to visit University of Tennessee and it was only a 15 min drive away. Exactly as pictured, sitting out on the back porch watching the sunset over the river while listening to the sounds of nature was an amazing way to end the day. Laura was incredibly responsive and kind. We had a great time kayaking and visiting the baby goats! If University of Tennessee is the school my daughter decides on this will be the place we stay every time we visit! Thank you!

We stayed at Big Ponderosa for the Big Ears festival and it could not have been more perfect! It’s only about a 20 minute drive to downtown Knoxville, but it felt so peaceful and relaxing to come home to after a long day of concert-going. The chirping of the frogs in the pond really gave it that down-home feel. The kitchen was incredibly well stocked with everything one could need. Our dogs were in heaven with the huge fenced in hay field where they could run around off leash. And we loved the hot tub and sauna. Highly recommend!
