Monthly Rentals in Downtown Denver

I stayed here almost two months and really enjoyed it. It’s a perfect studio for 1 or 2 people and is exactly as pictured. The view is amazing and the building/parking is very secure. Kelli is also helpful and great at communicating. Would love to stay again in the future.

good stay! the flat could easily be turned into a 10/10 with (1) better cleaning and (2) water filter + new shower head. either way, location is unbeatable and the building is very convenient. Jason is great as well.

I moved to Denver permanently from Toronto for work. I stayed at Ricardo’s place for a month while looking for permanent housing. Ricardo’s place felt like home. I loved the dishes, spices, the rice cooker, the Bluetooth speaker was great too. The place is renovated beautifully and the walk in closet is so spacious to put a lot of clothing. Ricardo was very responsive and a very kind host. Lastly the people who live in the building are super kind and make you feel welcome. I moved from Canada and everyone around me was so nice. I’d give my experience an 11/10.

We were in Denver for close to a month to help our daughter get settled into Uni. Our long stay at the condo was awesome, the location was convenient, within walking distance to many places including CU Denver, Union Station, Whole Foods etc, We enjoyed the evening walks along the Platte River trails and the nearby parks. The facilities at the condo were exceptional, it was home away from home, everything we needed was available. The host was also very responsive about everything. There is of course quite a lot of noise in the evenings due to the proximity to the busy Wewatta street. However, the beauty of the condo overshadowed the noise level, it was fun to sit on the balcony in the evenings and enjoy the street view. My family and I would definitely seek to stay at the Condo on our next visit to Denver.
