The Old School at Hilton (Room 1)

A quiet, beautiful location, ideal for walking, cycling and touring, 40 minutes from the Jurassic coast. Two guests can be accommodated - a private sitting room is available. Your hosts, an Anglo-Dutch couple, provide a complimentary Dutch breakfast with homemade & locally produced products. Welcome drinks & cake on arrival!

Located on the Devon/Dorset border, The Studio is a light & airy self-contained modern coach house loft apartment. One double bedroom. Shower room. Fully equipped kitchen with Smeg appliances, induction hob, microwave. Relaxing lounge area with Smart TV/DVD. Netflix. DAB radio. Wifi. Dining area with Ercol table & chairs. Private outside deck area with table & chairs. Quality bedding, towels and dressing gowns. Complimentary tea/coffee and biscuits to welcome your arrival. Milk, cereal & bread.

Swanage Luxury one bedroom private studio

You’ll love the stylish decor of this charming studio in Swanage. The Studio is a detached space with an en-suite shower room. A breakfast bar, stools and armchairs. There is also an outside space to sit and relax. Parking on site. Studio is independently accessed own front door. Located on a quiet residential road and just a 10 minute walk down hill to the beach, shops, restaurants, and pubs. Complimentary continental breakfast is delivered to your door 8.30am. Checkin 3pm checkout 10am.

Self-contained bedroom, a sitting room and shower room. Your suite of rooms is separate from the house with its own entrance. The windows overlook the village duck pond and spring and pretty waterfall. There is parking, for your car, at your door. We're in a Dorset village with Trafalgar history, centuries old church, busy pub. The coast is only a couple of miles away. We are on the Dorset Coastal Path and the SSSI Jurasic Coast. £7.50 for a full Dorset breakfast. Evening meal £7 to £12.

We do offer a breakfast of cereals, toast, marmalade/jam and croissants which is complimentary & can be eaten in our conservatory or under the veranda.

We have a large ground floor double room & en-suite available with King size bed in our modern home. There is a walk in wardrobe with fridge, smart tv and WIFI . A breakfast of cereal, yogurts, fruit, juices etc. Tea coffee making facilities. Situated in a quiet neighbourhood with off road parking. A five minute walk from the train station with links to Poole, Bournemouth, Dorchester and Weymouth. A easy 15 minute walk to Wareham town with quay side pubs , cafés and restaurants.
