Monthly Rentals in Dorrington

We had a lovely long weekend at The Roost. Julie was really friendly and provided lots of helpful information on the local area as well. We went on a lot of lovely walks as recommended, and tried the local pub for some delicious food. (Horseshoes). The house had everything we needed. The addition of little welcome gifts - bread/milk, etc was really lovely! The bed was really comfortable and the location was quiet so we slept really well. Thank you for a lovely stay :) x

My wife and I had stayed before and absolutely loved it; so much in fact that we booked a stay for my parents who were celebrating their 50th Wedding anniversary. They had never stayed at an Airbnb before so were a little unsure but Lynne was great from my initial message to popping a few little surprises in the cabin for their arrival. They couldn’t have been happier when they returned and have already asked if they can stay again. Thanks so much Lynne for your hospitality, it made for a lovely anniversary gift.

Staying here for a working holiday and it's absolutely ideal. The place has got everything you need, close to Shrewsbury, and some really lovely walks right on your doorstep. Kait and the team are fantastic, super helpful with everything we needed. Totally recommend staying here!

A comfortable barn conversion that is ideal for a single guest in this beautiful area. The bed is larger than a typical single bed and fits in the space very well. En suite toilet and shower. There's a comfortable settee where you can sit and read or watch telly. The kitchen facilities including a fridge, air fryer, microwave etc. are just what are required. It's located on a working farm, but the activities weren't intrusive and just went on around my stay. Breakfast is extra, but is very good. There is also the Royal Oak pub a mile away which does good food - downhill there, uphill back (closed on Mondays and no food on Tuesdays). Sandra is a friendly and attentive host. I'd happily stay here again.
