It has a gated free covered parking space and free street parking is also available. The bedroom has a King bed and the living room has a King day bed, also a sofa bed. Amazing condo--even nicer and more spacious than the photos suggest. A constant gentle ocean breeze makes the outdoor porch the perfect place to hang out, but there is plenty of room inside as well, and the kitchen is enormous. There is a nice pool literally steps away, or you can drive down in 2 minutes to a beach and pool that are open to all the condos. Luquillo beach is 10-15 minute drive, as is the entrance to El Yunque. Our group of 4 adults and 4 kids had a great time. One of my favorite airBnB stays ever.

We loved our stay so much! This was a great fit for our family of seven. We had lots of beds and plenty of space for everyone. Everything was clean and the furniture was really nice and everything was well taken care of. We really appreciated how there were lots of things there for us to use, like a cooler for us to take our lunches in every day on our adventures, chairs , umbrella, Sand toys, balls — all the things that we could possibly need. Gretchen was really easy to communicate with and always responded very quickly. We would definitely recommend this for anybody! We had a great time. Thank you so much.

We had a terrific time. Location was great - 30 second walk to the beach. Nice quiet street and the house was perfect for us. Plenty of room, clean with comfortable seating. Robyn is very friendly and made us some banana bread which was delicious. Cute cats waiting to greet us each morning in the driveway. We would love to come back anytime and recommend Robyn's place 100%

Rafael’s place was perfect for my small family. We enjoyed walking to the beach and being near to many other beaches. The coffee shop right next door was the perfect touch. We also appreciated the water bottles waiting for us when we arrived. The kitchen had all the basics which allowed us to cook some at home. It got pretty lively in the neighborhood on Saturday night, but it was no problem for my family. I would stay here again!

Absolutely the best AirBnB we’ve ever stayed at! House was close to main drag for groceries, shops, restaurants, Beach, and El Yunque. Had everything that you would want in your home. Views were spectacular especially the small mountain behind house as homes and street lights lit. The hosts were quick to respond and a wealth of recommendations. We are definitely coming back!
