This place is a gem if you are in the mood for being a beach bum or to do a family reunion. Plenty of towels, kitchen well equipped, clean, airy and across the street from the beach. Lots of space to relax in a very secure neighborhood. My little happy place in PR and you get great bank for your buck!

Giancarlo is an amazing host! Honestly one of the best most accommodating host I’ve ever had for Airbnb He was sooo nice and so helpful! Literally a great host and the place is comfortable and just felt cozy

Our stay was wonderful. The location of the villa is amazing, walkable to a very private and beautiful beach and close distance to lots of sights. The interior is filled with unique antique furniture (which I, as a designer, appreciated a lot). The house is calm and tranquil. Several great food spots nearby. Hosts were very responsive and provided us with lots of recommendations. Kitchen appliances are somewhat old and outdated, but that was a minor nuisance for us. Highly recommend and would likely return

This was my third time staying at Adienid’s place, and just like before, everything was perfect. The space was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and welcoming. There were absolutely no disappointments. I truly appreciate the consistency and hospitality, and I look forward to booking with Adienid again when I return to Puerto Rico!

I would rate this Villa an 11 out of 10! Our stay was fabulous! Loved the fact that we walked to the pool and was able to play some tennis, and take a stroll through the jogging trails. The Villa was spotlessly clean, fresh, and bright! Loved the renovated kitchen and was packed with everything that we needed for our stay. The beds are heaven! Loved the location, as it’s just a 30 min drive to San Juan, and a 40 min drive to the east west of the island. We will DEFINITELY be booking with Maria again!!!! I STRONGLY recommend this Villa, for those looking to book! Thank you Maria, for making us feel like home away from home.

Let me tell you why you should close all those other tabs and book Jose's condo right now: Not only was this condo the nicest, cleanest, most well-stocked AirBnB my family has ever stayed in, it also has a generator. Now you, like me, are probably thinking "I'll just cancel my trip if a hurricane is on the horizon!" What you're not thinking about are the random power outages Puerto Rico experiences - the entire island lost power four days into our trip. Not a problem for us - the generator kicked in, and Jose was very prompt in answering my panicked texts about when I would need to get more fuel (never - the generator has a 130 gallon tank) and how to activate the water cistern on the roof (town water stayed on, so not necessary). So quite apart from the milk, coffee, tea, sangria, water, snacks and everything else that greeted us on arrival, Jose's condo was the absolute best place to be during a power outage. (And proximity to Laguna Grande, beaches, and snorkeling were great too!)

Eliel was a good host, the house was clean and is close to the airport and San Juan downtown. We loved our stay at the house.

Loyda was a great host, very communicative. The place is beautiful and clean, just like the photos, apt is fully equipped, plenty of towels and linens, each bedroom has its own bathroom and balcony which is a plus, also the beds were good. The pool is right across the apt. The backyard has a lake with ducks and turtles (kids will love it). Perfect for families! Good restaurants nearby. Grocery stores close by too. Will definitely return and highly recommended.

Angelo stay was perfect for my group. The area was quiet and private. It is fairly close to Old San Juan and the airport which was convenient. We rented a car and the parking lot was perfect. Overall, very nice stay

we did last minute booking and it was the best decision because, the place is just in front of the beach ⛱️ and the pool is at walking distance from the villa. My girls that are 12 yrs old had so much fun at the beach and the pool. there is a bowling alley really close and a movie theater 5 min. away. a lot of restaurants, I recommend Cayó Caribe, the seafood was amazing. thank you guys for a wonderful experience! Recommended for small family with a small dog.

9 day stay, family of 5 (including 2 elderly & 1 child). Vacationing & visiting family. I would not hesitate to recommend this accommodation & will utilize this host in the future. Thank you Angel Luis & Andres. Specifics: Hosts: responsive, easy to communicate with & helpful. Accommodation: private road access, clean & as described. Functional kitchen, comfortable beds, laundry facility, 2 car parking, outdoor patio & shower. AC units, 2 of 3 bedrooms with balcony for fresh ocean breeze & calming sound. The area is busy on weekends as it’s close to the ocean but if you close the doors, sound levels are acceptable. Location: Safety- visible & multiple police patrols. Able to do 3 mile walk along the coastal road, felt safe. Proximity- to various eating options..from street food to eat-in restaurants. Thins to do- beach, within walking distance a highlight. Loved calm waters in the sheltered areas. San Juan is 1 hr away. Public transportation available but rental car recommended.

An excellent place for what we wanted to do. Since I had an activity and we just wanted to have a place nearby to get there and not drive at night. I had the things you need for the day and spacious.

We had a great stay! The gated community made us feel safe since we weren't familiar with the area. The villa is spacious and easily accommodated my husband and I, our 3 kids, my parents, and my MIL. Each bedroom had a television and it's own bathroom (which made getting ready easy). We could spread out in our bedrooms, hang out on the 4th floor rec space, one of many outside areas/patios, or on the main floor which had a tv room as well as an open concept living room/dining room/kitchen. The pool was less than a 5 minute walk or the beach was a 10 minute walk (they had beach toys and chairs available too). All in all, we had a great stay and would definitely stay again!

This place was terrific- central location near lots to do in Puerto Rico, and safe and relaxing. If you want to vacation with family the size of this home is wonderful. My son went on a fishing trip and the well stocked kitchen came in so handy for cooking his catch of the day, plus we were able to make a light breakfast on one day. Comfortable beds, and plenty of space to hang out together- nice big dining area, and relaxing living room. First world stuff for teens too (Wifi!) and listening to the coqui frogs on the back deck in the evening was so lovely. Easy few steps walk to beach and nice restaurants. 2 minute drive to a wonderful local grocery store called Amigo. Has back up power battery for the home which is helpful since power can go down in PR. Luquillo is lovely & this home was the center piece to our trip! ps- they have other nice extras (beach chairs, floats, umbrella for beach, etc) plus a pool

This townhome is in a great location with easy access to major roads in the Carolina-San Juan area. As a corner unit, it shares only one wall, offering more privacy. The assigned parking spot right by the entrance is very convenient. The patio off the living room was a great bonus, and the unit was exactly as described—clean and well-maintained. The host was proactive in communicating and ensuring a smooth stay. Perfect for visiting family, remote work, or exploring the area. Highly recommend!
