It's all about the view, when you enter you feel like your floating on the water you see nothing but the ocean out the windows. Everything about the unit is great, well stocked, comfy bed, beach chairs, boogie boards, cooler. Easy access to a beach without crowds and walkable to the hotspots in Condado. Would definitely stay here again!

Stayed for 3 nights with my husband. Place was very clean, great location with beach, restaurants & casino walking distance. The pool was definitely a plus. Communication was awesome, any question I had was answered within minutes. I would definitely recommend.

our stay was absolutely amazing. The place looks exactly like the pictures – the views are stunning, the pool and jacuzzi are perfect for relaxing, and the whole vibe is just so peaceful and comfortable. Our host (Tom) was incredibly welcoming, kind, and always available to answer any questions or offer recommendations (he literally has a binder with food recommendations, beaches and activities). You can really tell tom cares about making sure guests have a great experience. The location is fantastic, with easy access to everything you want to see in Puerto Rico, and the property itself is like a little slice of paradise. If you're looking for a relaxing getaway with all the amenities and more, this is definitely the spot! Highly recommend this place, and I can’t wait to come back!

Marisol and Gary were very hospitable and made us feel very welcome and safe. It was like we were staying with family. They gave us recommendations and checked up on us. Perfect location and got to wake up to the ocean every morning was glorious. Want to come back for sure!!

I always stay in this building whenever I visit PR. This was my first time staying in this apartment and it was wonderful. The view is amazing and I was so lucky to wake up to it everyday. Central location and appreciated the 24/7 security.

AMAZING stay! We loved this place and at the end of our trip it was hard to leave because we felt so at home! The view was incredible, there were so many amenities, clean and absolutely perfect! We would come back in a heart beat! Thank you for a wonderful stay. Make sure to walk the beach for a few minutes to the right and find an amazing little restaurant called Boardriders!

Amazing Stay! My wife and I had an incredible stay at this Airbnb . The place was spotless, peaceful, and extremely well-organized. Everything was exactly as described, if not better. We truly felt at home and appreciated the calm atmosphere, which made it perfect for relaxing and unwinding. The host clearly put a lot of care into the details, and it made all the difference. Highly recommended!! we would definitely stay here again!

Great location to stay in Old San Juan historical district. Walk everywhere and we found a car is not necessary. Noisy during the evenings so bring earplugs for a good night sleep.

This was a perfect spot for a quick 2 night getaway. Great location. Felt very safe and secure in the building. 10 min drive from SJU airport. 5 min walk to beach. Paul’s space had everything we needed. Coffee for the morning. Cozy balcony. Very comfortable bed. AC and fan were fantastic. Bathroom great with good water pressure. Bonus - beach chairs and beach mats/towel were awesome to have available in the apartment. We would stay here again.

This Airbnb is amazing! It looks exactly like the pictures and was extremely clean when we arrived. In the kitchen were basic spices and any appliances you may need. Erik was also extremely kind in leaving a complimentary bottle of wine and bottled water in the fridge. The walk-in shower had both a handheld and overhead spout which was useful for after swimming on the beach. In the closet were chairs, towels and umbrellas for trips to the beach. The bedroom had a TV which was convenient. The location is very nice with various restaurants down the road, only five minutes from the beach, ten minute drive from Old San Juan, about 5 min. away walking to the grocery store. The only thing confusing was finding the location of the gate at first (next to the hedge), but checkin was very smooth otherwise. The parking is extremely tight, be careful. Erik himself responded very fast and a very kind host! I would highly recommend this Airbnb and look forward to coming again!

Everything was exactly as described. Perfect location, having a personal parking spot was A+++ as parking is tight on the street. Condo was clean, plenty of hot water and the air conditioner worked perfectly! Ocean front view are picture perfect. Beach access is easy and she has chairs and items to use at beach. Communication was fast and clear. No complaints. We had a wonderful time.

This space was a good area close to Condado beach a very short walk, the lagoon was beautiful. The restaurants near by were more tourist and not authentic I would recommend other places to eat around the area instead the places were really expensive. We had no issues with parking except one night but a neighbor helped us out The only issue we ran into was learning to use the buzzer and when leaving having to come down open the gate and then go back up to put the gate key and all back inside, overall it’s a cool place no issues

Yvette’s was very responsive and proactive with checking in on our stay. My husband and I stayed at Yvette’s studio for a quick get away for the weekend. The location was perfect for a relaxing get away. The beach was literally 250ft from the studio. Yvette accommodation comes with beach chairs and a cooler to bring on the beach. I can’t leave out that there is a stand on the beach where you can get Pina coladas to enjoy as you lounge in the chairs. Lastly the location is close to many restaurants and is very relaxing. I would stay at Yvette’s location again if I visited the area.

Great location! Walkable to the beach, pool, and hotel amenities next door. Good instructions. Very clean and comfortable. Side note- There is no shade at the beach or pool, which is tough if you are super fair-skinned like me. A beach umbrella was provided, which was super nice, but even the slightest bit of wind caused it to invert and be unusable. So, you may want to bring a Shibumi with you in your luggage if you want shade on the beach. Also, be sure to bring your snorkel gear as you can see tropical fish in the water! The only slight drawback was no washer or dryer, but I was aware of this beforehand. I just think having that would have elevated the experience to a 10/10! Overall, would recommend a stay here! This place was very clean, smelled great, and comfortable. There were 4 of us stayed at this place and it was perfect for us. Having a stove and microwave was very helpful. The Roku tv was a nice touch. The beds were super comfy.

Wonderful stay in Oscar's condo. The views from the balcony were great as was the sand beach just steps away. The beach never had more than 10 people on it which made it seem almost secluded even though it is a pretty large resort. The pool area was great, area restaurants were also equally as great. Very short drive to El Yunque which we spent a day at. Arrive early as road construction up the mountain drops down to one lane more than once and backs traffic up quite a bit as crowds increase. The condo itself was great. Large, spacious, plenty of room for two families to spread out. Highly recommend Oscar's place

I’d say it’s a great location. The area is in perfect location to ever hot spot of the south east everything from San Juan to ceiba is 30 to 45 min drive. I loved the private beach and private pool.

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb. The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was incredibly friendly and responsive, making check-in and communication seamless. The location was perfect, with easy access to great restaurants and attractions. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Gabriel was as an excellent host-- extremely responsive & quick to answer any questions we may of had. The views of the beach from Gabriel's Airbnb are stunning-- absolutely beautiful. If you are looking for a great spot to stay in Puerto Rico-- I highly recommend a stay at Gabriel's spot!

Javier was wonderful and very responsive to all of our inquiries. We arrived earlier than expected and Javier let us access the property with no issue. Great host, great secluded private beach. 5 stars all around.

Amazing place to stay! Views are incredible, Jamie is super responsive and quickly dealt with any issues. This place is in a great location, close to everything you need. The east side of the island has so many things to do as far as excursions and adventures. I highly recommend this place!
