Definitely had a great time with my wife! Falling asleep to waking up to hearing the ocean waves was Amazing experience! Seeing the sunset and sunrise was beautiful as well. I definitely recommend this place to any couple who is looking for a private and safe area get away or vacation. Host was very responsive and a great help with her recommendations. It was a home away from home for sure! My wife and I will reserve this again for our return again! I will give this place a 10/10!

Staying at Margarita's Oceanfront Paradise at Kikita's Beach was truly a dream come true! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth, local tips, and genuine hospitality that made us feel instantly at home. The property itself is stunning — perfectly named, as it's quite literally steps from the beach. Waking up to the sound of the waves and sipping coffee on the balcony with ocean views was a highlight of each day. The space was clean, well-equipped, and beautifully decorated, blending beachy charm with comfort and modern touches. Margarita went above and beyond as a host. She was responsive, thoughtful, and full of recommendations that made our stay even more special. You can tell she truly cares about her guests' experience. The location is unbeatable — close to everything!!!

Great location! Walkable to the beach, pool, and hotel amenities next door. Good instructions. Very clean and comfortable. Side note- There is no shade at the beach or pool, which is tough if you are super fair-skinned like me. A beach umbrella was provided, which was super nice, but even the slightest bit of wind caused it to invert and be unusable. So, you may want to bring a Shibumi with you in your luggage if you want shade on the beach. Also, be sure to bring your snorkel gear as you can see tropical fish in the water! The only slight drawback was no washer or dryer, but I was aware of this beforehand. I just think having that would have elevated the experience to a 10/10! Overall, would recommend a stay here! From the start Anton was very attentive and available for anything we may have needed. He met us at the gate and escorted us to the property, ensuring a smooth check in. During our stay, there was an issues with the first floor AC, no fault of Anton, just usual island electrical issues; and he immediately got on the issue to have it resolved. He was very friendly, communicative, and well informed. The house was comfortable, close to many activities and restaurants. The neighborhood felt safe and was very quiet, something I very much appreciated. The beach was calm and peaceful. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend to my friends and family.

Great location right in the middle of Old San Juan and I enjoyed working out on the balcony during the day while I was there. Communication was always very easy and responsive, I arrived very late at night around midnight and the lock box made it super easy for me to let myself in. The apartment is reasonably basic but accurate to photos and as described, and the building is a charming Old San Juan guesthouse. It was perfect for what I was looking for during my stay and would recommend to others

This home is located in the heart of Old San Juan across from several bars. We loved the walkable area and being able to walk downstairs and grab a bite to eat or a drink whenever we felt like it. The home was tiny but perfect for 2 and super comfy. There was so much history within the apartment! The AC in the room was perfect. I will say that the bed only had a thin sheet and throw blanket on it and I struggled with that. Keep that in mind if you like to snuggle up with a nice comforter. Overall I had an amazing experience staying here and felt super safe!

Great location, within walking distance of a lot of great local shops like Anita gelato and the San Sebastián road. The house is also cosy and is equipped with a lot of necessities. Maybe it’s just something I care about but the washer / dryer was a life saver

We loved staying here! It’s a great location and Yoa is a wonderful host. Things to note that are common in Old San Juan and no fault of the host: we lost power and water during parts of our stay and there is significant street noise so I wouldn’t recommend this place to light sleepers. We loved the vibe, courtyard, location, and view the best. Yoa is a great communicator, gave us excellent recommendations, and keeps the place lovely and inviting. We would definitely stay again! 🌞

Great for walking around the city and enjoying the nightlife.

This apartment is stunning - exactly as pictured. The ceilings are so high and the way the historical details have been preserved is beautiful. The AC was superb in every room despite the high-80s outside. The King in the master was super comfy as well as the living room couches. The office was perfect for remote work. We cooked a bit and the kitchen was well equipped with an espresso machine, salt, pepper, oil, sugar. As with most places in PR, there are tiny sugar ants everywhere, the Wi-Fi went out a couple times, but we were working 2 full days, so most people wouldn't notice. The evening noise levels are intense - La Taberna Lúpulo & PapiJoes downstairs both blare their music 7p until 1-2am so much so that the front bedroom vibrates a bit with bass. Also, bring your sleep mask, the sun rises early and fills both bedrooms. Ending positively - the crown jewel was the ROOFTOP! Unmatched water/fort/mountain views on 3 sides + comfy furniture. Our best dinners were takeout upstairs!

Colores (it was only after we arrived and saw an abundance of tastefully done purple/violet objects that we realized why it was called Violeta) was absolutely phenomenal. You are right in the heart of beautiful, bustling Old San Juan. All the bars, restaurants, clubs, sights and history of the area right there and the hosts could not have been more friendly and helpful. The responses were always prompt and professional. And the property itself is beautiful. Many stairs to climb to get to the third floor, if that’s a consideration for you. But the bed is so soft and comfy and the closet is spacious. Laundry right in the unit. And the roof deck is great! We booked the room for the hot tub, which I was prepared not to be wild about, since it’s portable. But I was wrong. Sipping a glass of wine (or one of the six pack of Medalla that was thoughtfully left in the fridge for us!) under the stars with a relaxing soak was awesome. Five stars, can’t wait to return!

This villa is beautiful! Super clean, comfortable and in a prefect location. Description is accurate but pictures do not do its justice. Area is beautiful and clean. Pools are amazing and a quick walk to the beach was perfect. It’s private and peaceful. Felt very safe at all times. Grace communicated with us promptly to any concern. Will do sure stay at her place again!

This was a great location everything you needed and more was there for you. They provided beach chairs umbrellas that we used almost every day. We had an issue with one of the toilets and chair in the dining room sent a message. They were there within 24hrs to fix the problem. Would totally stay here again.

Awilda has a beautiful home with beautiful surroundings. We loved our stay with her. The facility had a beautiful large pool and great hot tub. You have to walk outside of her gated area to see the ocean/beach. Awilda has an elderly small dog so animal lovers only at her home. Thanks for a nice stay Awilda.
