Great location, gated area, amazing host awesome AC.

This place is a gem if you are in the mood for being a beach bum or to do a family reunion. Plenty of towels, kitchen well equipped, clean, airy and across the street from the beach. Lots of space to relax in a very secure neighborhood. My little happy place in PR and you get great bank for your buck!

This was everything I could have imagined and more. I love where we stayed so much that I am currently trying to buy a similar property near by. As someone who has not been to PR previously and who’s Spanish is limited my family and I were able to interact and find everything we needed easily thanks to the support and helpful instructions provided by the host. We will be coming back for Christmas and quarterly just because this location and its available amenities are precisely what we have wanted in a vacation. DoorDash is very familiar with this location so it all works out. 10/10 highly recommend this place and hosting team.

Home was as listed. Clean and tidy. We had a bit of condition locating the development/home but Wilfredo was quick to help and guide when we touched base! Beautiful view of ocean. And next to the poll which was lovely to look at. Air conditioners Cooled off the rooms quickly. He had a nice binder of local recommendations and the check rules as well ALL info regarding the tv, wifi etc. would def stay again

Our stay was wonderful. The location of the villa is amazing, walkable to a very private and beautiful beach and close distance to lots of sights. The interior is filled with unique antique furniture (which I, as a designer, appreciated a lot). The house is calm and tranquil. Several great food spots nearby. Hosts were very responsive and provided us with lots of recommendations. Kitchen appliances are somewhat old and outdated, but that was a minor nuisance for us. Highly recommend and would likely return

Beautiful open space. Giancarlo was super responsive, especially when accommodating last minute requests. We enjoyed playing pool and relaxing together as a family. Walking distance to restaurants, bars, historic sites. Highly recommend!

This place is a MUST. The place is located right next to ocean park beach. The house Is located in a gated community which made everything feel more secure. Although it rained majority of our stay, due to how close we were to the beach, we were still able to catch sun in the morning.

Carlos and Ken saved the day! We had to leave an awful rental in Carolina and they were quick to respond. The beach is steps away. It was clean and not crowded. The house includes Bluetooth Bose speakers, the beds were comfortable, we opened the windows and propped the louvered shutters to let the balmy breeze in and it felt great. They have a small fish pond in the back we sat here often to enjoy snacks and wine that they left us for our 36th anniversary 💞! Carlos and Ken sent us recommendations on popular and favorite places to dine and we tried as many as we could and none of them disappointed! They were all great. Our favorite casual place which we found taking a walk was Kamoli Café on Calle Loíza. Great vibe and nice people! Carlos and Ken were responsive, reassuring and incredibly helpful. Their checkout policy was a godsend — Had a 10PM flight, but I ended up fracturing my ankle. Being able to stay at the house was huge.

Our 6 day stay at this Airbnb was well worth it. Nice and cozy. Super clean upon arrival and easy check in. Had all the amenities we needed for the week and were extremely pleased we were able to do our laundry during our stay. The AC was a must and had no issue with anything. The location is very close to the airport and convenient. Loved that we were provided additional cleaning supplies just in case

Josh has a well maintained beautiful home. It’s very aesthetic and has a good vibe. The only thing we do we recommend for the place is to offer shampoo and conditioner, not just body wash.

I would definitely stay again if I came back to San Juan. He recommended a couple of great places. Only thing was that the master bedroom’s AC wasn’t working all that great, our first night it would blow cold air but it wouldn’t cool off our room so we ended up sleeping in a room that was very hot. But the rest of our stay it was cool enough ( maybe we didn’t know how to work the remote properly) And the bed made so much noise every time we would move. But overall it was a great stay.

Great place to stay if you don’t want to be close to the beach it’s private and peaceful very nice and clean !

Great place to stay especially under a budget! me and the girls were pretty close to everything and Angelo’s communication skills were amazing when it came to his policies or any questions we had. Would definitely recommend and stay there again!

To preface, very rarely will I give a glaring review for anything. This listing exceeded expectations. Check-in was simple and straightforward, communication was quick, efficient and informative. The space was clean, air conditioning was on prior to our arrival, and a nice touch that seems all but forgotten is a fridge stocked with a few items (local beer, water, etc). The space was modern, spacious, and clean. The outdoor balcony is lovely. The worst thing that I can say is that the water pressure could have been ever so slightly better, and if that's the worst thing I can say, it should go to show that this is a top-tier listing.

we did last minute booking and it was the best decision because, the place is just in front of the beach ⛱️ and the pool is at walking distance from the villa. My girls that are 12 yrs old had so much fun at the beach and the pool. there is a bowling alley really close and a movie theater 5 min. away. a lot of restaurants, I recommend Cayó Caribe, the seafood was amazing. thank you guys for a wonderful experience! Recommended for small family with a small dog.

Maria’s apartment was beautifully decorated and incredibly clean. We appreciated the thoughtful amenities, and great air conditioners in each room. The location was perfect for exploring the city, you can walk to the beach and the bars in the area. The pool was very small but great if you have small kids.

We had a great time at San Juan Oasis with a private pool! The location was close to the airport but also walking distance to the beach and local restaurants. The home was comfortable, clean and private. Having a private pool in the hot San Juan heat was a bonus. Marc was a great host, very responsive and helpful with any request or questions we had. I would highly recommend this oasis for your stay in Puerto Rico!

Jose’s place was perfect. We had a great time. Loved the bedrooms, decorations, and pool! Plenty of space. It was really nice and he does a great job as a host also. He’s accommodating and always gets back to you. I would definitely go back again!
