Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Donji Štoj

This was the perfect spot for our one week stay traveling through the area. It had the space we needed to accommodate our work and home school activities. The off season proved to be quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed walking the neighboring streets and beaches and visiting local seaside restaurants within a 10 minute drive. Parking was right in front of the home and made it easy for trips to the market. Hosts were very responsive, helpful, and kind!

The place is perfect! It is located close to the city center, it is very peaceful and secure. Everything was clean and tidy. We were greeted with two cakes that were really good! Ditmar is responsive and always available if we need it. I would recommned this property.

Thanks a lot for staying at your appartement. We had a great time seeiing the north of Albania. Lili & Myzi welcomed us, did everything to comfort us and the kids. Local sweets, bananas, tips for parking and some toys for the kids. For us, it was a new experience waking up with the prayers from the Mosque.

Oleg was a wonderful host! We stayed in his villa for a few days. The villa is located in a beautiful, quiet place with a wonderful view of the sea. The local beach is 200 meters from the house, which is very convenient. There is a supermarket and several cafes and restaurants nearby. Oleg, thank you for the welcome! We will come to you again!

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The place was absolutely charming—clean, cozy, and full of character. The village is stunning, peaceful, and felt like a hidden gem. It was the perfect spot for us to relax and disconnect. The host was incredibly kind and made us feel welcome from the start. The apartment is in a house inhabited by a family on a main road. In front of the house is a large green area, so you do not live directly on the street. The bedroom is out the back. The apartment is within walking distance of two large supermarkets, the beach and the city center. The bus stop and the train station are also easily accessible. Dora picked us up at the train station in a wonderful way and also brought us back on the way back. She was very friendly and helpful. We were also able to buy wine from the family's own winery. Overall, we were very satisfied with the stay.

Very nice place in the privat part of Ulcinj. The included parking ia great for people coming with the car. It is in the waling area of the bay however it it on the hill side

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment with our small toddler. Everything was exactly as shown in the photos—clean, well-prepared, and ready for us upon arrival. The building has a reception like in a high-end hotel, and our key was waiting for us, making check-in smooth and effortless. The apartment itself was neat and well-organized, with thoughtful touches like complimentary snacks, soda in the fridge, and coffee for the espresso machine. Parking was plentiful right in front of the building, which made things even more convenient. Overall, we highly recommend this place for a comfortable and hassle-free stay!

I had a very nice stay in Gierdi's apartment. As far as AirBnB's, this was one of my favorites I've stayed in. There were so many thoughtful elements to the apartment that make it not only comfortable for a short-term stay but a long-term stay. The bed was extremely comfortable, the views of the city were nice, the appliances were great. Overall I had an extremely nice stay here and would definitely stay here again.

Great place if you want to leave the crowd and noise behind. The place is perfect for a couple, all what you need for your stay is here. The view from the balcony and roof top is breathtaking- one of those that you can’t get enough of it. The beach and some restaurants are waking distance away. Definitely have a car so that you can move around freely. Milan is extremely helpful and friendly. He told us some tips and local recommendations which is what you need to have a great time exploring new place! We spent two weeks in Montenegro and a restaurant close by ( Konoba kod Slavka) is one of the best if you like fish and seafood.

Very good value for what you pay. Beach is within 5 min reach, walking. Staff is very welcoming. Check in is easy and flexible. Place was exactly as shown in pictures.

Everything was perfect! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was kind, responsive, and very helpful throughout our stay. The location is great—peaceful yet close to the city center. I felt at home and would definitely love to come back. Highly recommended!

Good place close to center

Alex and Petar by far have been the kindest, most accommodating and gentle hosts I have ever met. Their house was exactly how a holiday home should be. I really would love to just take a month off and stay in that house and maybe work remotely. The theme, the decor, the cleanliness, everything was top notch. Highly highly recommend

Ernad is a very enjoyable and cheerful host. The apartment is quietly located and offers a fantastic view of the sea and the mountains. In addition, the apartment has everything you need, the kitchen is well equipped.
