Everything was perfect!

Great place, really comfortable, they provide everything you need. Bit hard to find in dark first night but he sent very detailed instructions. We travelled all over the country in a hire car and was able to get about freely. Parking outside and was simple. The hosts responded quickly to all questions and provided extra bedding and towels. We loved using the washing machine as pack light. Really quiet complex but some building going on opposite side, breaking rocks but was absolutely fine and they didnt start early. Great base for anyone but if you're from the UK or anywhere that is not mountainous be aware that 35 miles here takes triple the time then it would. So to get to Kotor bay it took between one hour 45 and two hour 45 depending on where we wanted to be. Pavel also let us check out late so again super accommodating!

The house is superb and has private and direct access to the sea. The pool is beautiful and huge. Note: If you want to sit by the pool you will need to bring your deckchairs. Similarly, the Airbnb listing is ambiguous about the availability of a "kitchen"; although the room is equipped with a mini fridge and some kitchen utensils it is difficult to consider this a "kitchen". Big highlight of this house: the extremely well-equipped gym. The hosts are welcoming and discreet which suited us perfectly.

this is a really luxuriously furnished apartment, with all its equipment and accessories. The cleanliness is at a high level. The host is very accommodating and kind, always ready to help. the apartment is located in a good location, so it is easy to reach the big beach, city center, old town…nearby are shops, restaurants and everything you need. Fully equipped apartment in a newly built house with a generous parking space next to it. Nearly every kind of store/market is within reach of a few meters of walking. The provided food recommendations were fantastic. Also had the chance to meet the lovely hosts and their family (thanks again for the invitation!). Summarized, one of the best Airbnb-experiences I've ever had! The value for money is simply unbeatable. If you're considering staying in this area, definitely go to Tjaša's and Milos' place!

Our stay was absolutely amazing! The flat was spotless, beautifully maintained, and always cool and comfortable thanks to the air conditioning — such a treat to return to after a day out. The beach is just a 5-minute walk away, and there are plenty of great restaurants nearby, which made everything super convenient. Stefana was the perfect host: incredibly friendly, kind, and always willing to go the extra mile to help. She even booked a cab for us when we were checking out, which made things so much easier. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend!

It was a good apartment, comfortable, and looks stylish. The apartment had everything you need. Check-in and check-out were easy. It's located on a hill, so walking or with a stroller might be inconvenient. It's better if you have a car. There was always a free parking space in front of the house. There is a small shop nearby. You need to get to the supermarket by taxi or car.

We really enjoyed our stay at Ivan’s. He was a very friendly, responsive, and helpful host, who responded to our inquiries in a timely manner. And he graciously picked us up and dropped us off at the bus station. The layout is spacious, with a great shower, and well-equipped kitchen for cooking. About a twenty minute walk to the fresh market and a bit less to the grocery store and promenade, but it was convenient being so close to a train stop that made day trips to other places easy. Sutamore beach was only a ten minute train ride away. And it was nice having fresh mandarins and pomegranates just outside our door. Good option if you have a car, too.

An unmentioned highlight is the direct view of the picturesque Adriatic island of St. Stefan, a fishing village from the 15th century. The view of the majestic Lovćen Mountains is also impressive. The perfect location opens up a breathtaking view of the sea and the bay. Even in bad weather, there is plenty to enjoy: a beautiful swimming pool and a spa area with sauna, hammam and jacuzzi invite you to relax. The well-equipped gym completes the offer. Due to the steep topography, it is recommended to rent a vehicle. The friendly staff of the complex will be happy to assist you with any concerns. Absolutely recommended!

We really enjoyed our stay here, it is a new apartment very clean and beautifully furnished. There is a fridge in the room, and a balcony. Azra is very welcoming and kind, it brought us watermelon and free beverages. Thank you! It is a quiet neighborhood, parking on premises and there is Voli supermarket nearby. They don’t take reservations for only one night but she was happy to make an exception for us. I’ll really comeback for a longer stay and will definitely recommend to others.

I had a room with sea view and it was perfect

The room was very clean and spacious. The house is right at the bottom of the mountains, the stars are very close, the immaculate air and the water come from the mountains. The hosts were friendly and helpful with everything. Breakfast is also very fresh and delicious.

From the first moment our stay in apartment was just amazing. The apartment is large, clean, cozy and you can find literally everything you need and there is large terrace with a beautiful view. The beach can be reached on foot in 15 minutes and there are shops around the apartment. Marjan is really the best and the warmest host we have met and he will help you in any matter, at any time. He also helped with getting to the airport, which was a great help for us. We are very grateful for everything, thank you very much for this wonderful holiday!

Dragana is the best airbnb host I have ever had. She is very kind, thoughtful and friendly and goes out of her way to make sure that everything is perfect with the property and your stay. The house is beautiful and the private pool is perfect. Each of the three bedrooms has it's own full bathroom with a shower. The house is cleaned and new towels are left for us each day, which is an amazing touch and rare with any airbnb. I normally like to change places when I visit a city again, but when I come back to Budva I will definitely be staying at Dragana's house because I know that everything will be taken care of and we will be able to relax and enjoy Montenegro with total comfort and peace of mind. I can't speak highly enough about her house and her hospitality. Huge thank you from all of us for a wonderful stay.

We had a lovely stay at this beautiful house surrounded by nature. The road from the main highway to the property is about 3 km — it's winding but well-paved, so driving was no problem. A hiking trail starts right behind the house, which was a wonderful bonus for nature lovers. Overall, everything was great. Just a small note: during colder months, the house can feel a bit chilly. Each room has an air conditioner, but heating such a large space takes some time. The host was extremely responsive and answered all our questions immediately, which made our stay even more comfortable. We truly enjoyed the peaceful setting and would happily stay here again!

Vlado was very responsive, gave recommendations of restaurants, was very accommodating on all our requests. He was also flexible with check out time. Cleaning lady was coming every day and it was included in the price. We really enjoyed the stay.
