The bright living and dining area on the first floor invites you to linger, while the romantic bedroom in the attic with a low ceiling creates a special ambience. Alternatively, sleeping on the first floor is also possible. A small bathroom with a bathtub completes the offer. Perfect for couples or solo travelers looking for peace and nature.

Guthmann vacation farm

Our farm in picturesque Döckingen is located on the Hahnenkamm not far from the Franconian Lake District at the Ries Geopark. The rural area provides relaxation, and the active agriculture provides variety. There is no boredom with us! There is the possibility to help us on the farm or to linger comfortably by the campfire. For your children, there are many play opportunities, animals to pet or even a ride on the Tregger. Breakfast on request (extra charge)

Umgeben von Vogelgezwitscher, Ziegen, Hühnern, und unserem Collie kann man das Landleben genießen. Dolce vita, einfach die Seele baumeln. Im Winter gibt es kein fließend Wasser!!Es steht ein Wasserkanister bereit. Bitte beachten! Im Häuschen nebenan befindet sich die Trockentoilette und Infrarotkabine.

The very large and family-friendly furnished villa is located in the middle of the quiet village of Bubenheim, a few meters from the Altmühl. The fully furnished holiday home offers you five bedrooms and a sofa bed, two bathrooms, a large living and dining area, a fireplace room, three terraces and a kitchen for up to 12 people. In addition, in the large garden you will find various seating options, sun loungers and a possibility to grill.

In the beautiful Kesseltal, nature lovers will find a beautiful place to relax. The vacation home is 100 meters next to our farm and is surrounded by fruit trees. The small renovated house is connected to a greenhouse (conservatory). Chickens, sheep, goats, rabbits, guinea pigs, geese, ponies, dogs, quails, cats, cows, our bull and the calves are on our farm. Our children will take you on a small farm tour if you want.

Here you forget your time "Door closed, world off" The bed has a width of 1.1m x 2m to about 1m height and is cozy but fully sufficient, especially because of the breathtaking view of nature, the river and port from the bed, an absolute, rare highlight!
