The rural area provides relaxation, and the active agriculture provides variety. There is no boredom with us! There is the possibility to help us on the farm or to linger comfortably by the campfire. In our high-quality and stylish tree house, which is furnished with a lot of love for detail, you will find an enchanting retreat for rest and relaxation. From the loft bed you can watch the starry sky and the forest animals. A special experience is also our own dairy goats.

Nestled between shady forests and expansive dirt roads, you will find with my apartment a place where modern comfort meets the originality of country life. The house from 1693 was lovingly restored. The old construction was completely preserved, but fully equipped with many modern conveniences. My farmhouse is suitable for couples, nature lovers, solo travelers, and families.

Our small vacation home is located in the middle of our horse farm on which we also live ourselves. Here you can live idyllically in nature and still be conveniently located. Quiet walking paths directly from the farm invite you to stroll through nature. The proximity to Augsburg and Munich (each approx. 30 minutes by car) is ideal for city tours. The small cottage has a small kitchen and a bathroom with sauna. A car is an advantage.

Our farm in the middle of the Franconian Lakeland is perfect for taking a few days off and vacationing in an idyllic landscape. Many cycling and hiking trails and the proximity to lakes offer both couples and families many leisure activities. Our farm is also in a quiet location for working people who are looking for a place to stay near their place of work. Breakfast options and local delicacies are within walking distance.

The house is surrounded by large old trees and can accommodate up to 9 people. 1 bedroom with double bed on the ground floor, living room, 1 bedroom with double bed and sofa bed on the ground floor and gallery with 2 single beds and sofa bed on the ground floor, kitchen, bathroom with toilet and shower, guest toilet, dining room, terrace with large garden.

The Vacation rental is called “Eulenloch” and located in the historical tanner quarter in the middle of Nördlingens historic center. The central location is absolutely perfect to explore the city and to be enchanted by the many beautiful places of interests of Nördlingens historic center. All places of interests, museums, restaurants and bars are within easy walking distance.

We rent our spacious non-smoking guest room in the newly converted attic of our house, with anteroom, shower/toilet, cable TV, kitchenette (kettle), coffee maker, microwave and small fridge. We provide dishes, but there is no possibility to cook. Suitable for up to 4 adults. A crib is available on request. Shopping, Titania swimming pool and public transportation nearby.
