Joselo ha sido un anfitrión increíble, atento, disponible y pendiente de todas nuestras necesidades, nos ayudó a planear un evento y fue un éxito gracias a su apoyo y compromiso, nos ayudó a entrar a la hora que nos convenía y fue una experiencia inolvidable. El lugar es de lujo, privado, con la vista más bonita que me haya dado de ver en San Miguel, las habitaciones impecables, cuenta con muebles y aparatos de lujo, la terraza y el jacuzzi con esta vista es simplemente increíble, y todo estaba para que pasamos la noche más bonita. Gracias Joselo por todo ha sido un placer y volveremos pronto. Saludos

This Holt villa is gorgeous, spacious, clean and quiet. It's even more impressive than the photos. I love staying here and would definitely return. The villa is a 15 minute walk to the city center. After long meals I enjoyed the steep uphill return hike. For those less inclined to walk, ubers and local taxis are very affordable.

A welcoming entrance is framed by vibrant greenery and colorful flowers. A series of tiled steps lead up to a spacious archway, surrounded by diverse plants. The area features terracotta tiles and decorative pottery, contributing to a serene atmosphere.

This was a fabulous location to stay in in SMA. My family of 13 was so comfortable; plenty of room. The place was absolutely gorgeous. Rosario and her sister Lolita took care of every need. Rosario‘s cooking was amazing we only got to have dinner one night because we had so many plans but the morning breakfasts were fabulous And always a supply of chips and salsa during the day for anyone to snack on. I 100% would recommend this place to anyone visiting San Miguel de Allende . five days was not enough! Many of my guests did walk to and from town but others chose to Uber/taxi and that was very easy. We did some wonderful hiking tours , music tours , ATV excursions and lots of fun shopping and fantastic restaurants. We were visiting for a family wedding but I would certainly go back. Thank you Nancy for offering this fabulous location and thank you to Rosario for making us feel so welcome.

We didn’t know much about Villas Xichu when we booked it — it just seemed to be a convenient and reasonably priced higher-end accommodation. But Gloria was extremely friendly and communicative from the word “go”, checking in with us frequently as our stay approached. When we finally arrived (while Gloria herself was abroad), the staff welcomed us right away, and we were very pleasantly surprised to learn we had been upgraded to the nuptial suite. This was a significant upgrade to a beautiful apartment with a stunning view of SMA, amazing decor and many thoughtful amenities. Gloria continued to check in how we were finding things, made us feel right at home and part of the Villas Xichu family! I heartily recommend and can’t wait to return!

There were 6 of us in our group. We had a bit of a problem to get in but was that resolved quickly, the host responded immediately. The house is gorgeous, very comfortable (beds are great!) and the location is superb. We found a very good place for breakfast almost next door and could walk everywhere. I would absolutely stay there again.
