Monthly Rentals in Dobbins Air Reserve Base

Great place if you want to be within walking distance of Marietta Square. We used is as a Hurricane Helene getaway - the person staying there did not always have a car so it was a great find. Driveway is a little narrow might want to rethink bringing in a monster truck but otherwise great! Ample parking in the rear and well lit doorways etc.

Clean, spacious and an incredible value! Has great living spaces, outdoor area and desk for remote work. 10/10 recommend

Everything was amazing very spacious love the back patio with the swing chair. I actually took a nap out there you can hear all of the beautiful nature sounds. The place was also so close to a lot of the activities we wanted to do. Since I never been out there it was very helpful because I was definitely nervous driving out there. Even the neighborhood was nice. If I have the chance to come back out there I will definitely try book with Kristen again

This nicely remodeled home provided ample space for 3 adults. We didn't need the 3rd bedroom. The home is very well appointed with all of the amenities you need for your stay. Marianne was a great communicator and very helpful. Nice touches like snacks, drinks and an amazing coffee bar set up with unique Nespresso pods. Bathrooms were bright and clean, with starter shampoo, body wash, etc. Beds very comfortable and the room darkening shades helped. Excellent A/C and heater, lovely faux fireplace that kicks out heat if you need it. Overall, a clean, safe, comfortable stay. Highly recommend. Just a note that it is near the freeway and there is a constant "white noise" in the area. It is not a nuisance, and you can't really hear it inside with windows closed. Check it out if in Marietta area!
