A lovely place to stay if wanting a short relaxing break. Had everything needed in the flat along with many lovely eating places within walking distance. Plenty of interesting places to visit and walk. Would definitely return.

We had a wonderful stay in a cosy cottagey annexe. The location was great for town and the Brecon Beacons. We enjoyed the garden and the cosy lounge/diner. It was perfect for a few days away.

Jo has really thoughtfully provided all you need for a perfect stay! As well as a super spacious and comfortable bedroom with lots of high quality storage there are books, maps, and games and even a mini fridge with cute bottles of milk and orange juice. The annexe felt very private and has a lovely outside area with chairs, table, barbecue and fire pit, water feature and plenty of birdsong. 😊 Jo (and Nick) were very hospitable and friendly and the property is set in a beautiful area. Thank you!

The Priory is a large comfortable house with a huge garden. It was very well equipped, clean and cosy with the comforting heat from the AGA. Matthew responded immediately to queries and replaced a missing cafetière impressively promptly for which we were very grateful. We would definitely stay again and recommend it without hesitation. The house is within easy walking distance of Monmouth Town and a short drive to scenic Symonds Yat and the Forest.
