The space is incredibly generous, and I especially appreciated that it’s pet-friendly. Our dog, Mila, had an absolute blast! Everything from the amenities to the overall comfort made our stay truly enjoyable. If you’re looking to get away from the busy city center, this villa is a perfect choice. The nearby souk, with its modern supermarket, cozy cafés, and great restaurants, adds a lot of convenience. The community itself is green, safe, and very walkable. We were in Dubai for business at short notice and decided to stay at rachid's place due to the location. Top service, very good location and perfect size. The only difficult thing was finding the entrance to the huge underground parking garage the first time. Love to come back! Thank you

I had a fantastic stay in the apartment of Soha and Charbel! They were incredibly accommodating and went above and beyond to assist me with help and guidance whenever needed. I was in between annual tenancies, and their apartment was absolutely perfect for my three-week stay. The location is excellent - very close to the Metro station and surrounded by plenty of activity and great restaurants. Amazing fast internet speed. Very good mattress also important to mention I’m truly grateful for their hospitality and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a wonderful place to stay!
