Zamil is a great host and the location of the apt was on the spot, loads of options in and out of the bld, metro station 1 min away, no traffic to enter and leave the area, nice view, quiet place in a busy area, just great! Dubai has a huge base for accommodation, it was hard to decide and choose this one only place, but we are happy to have decided on Lilla's apartment. Firstly, the great location, secondly a great apartment, third and most importantly, Lilla is very helpful and polite. I highly recommend it!

I had an extremely pleasant stay in a beautiful residential community. The private beach, private gym, and grocery store in the parking lot were all very convenient. The flat was very clean and comfortable, exactly as described. Sarbjeet Singh, the guest service team member, was very pleasant and always available to solve minor issues. I highly recommend staying here.

This stay has been an absolute dream. The apartment is so nicely decorated, with ample storage and appliances, the best location in JBR in terms of access to both JBR, the beach, and the Marina. I felt at home! I particularly enjoyed the seating areas in the living room and balconies. At the Plaza level (one level up the street), you have access to a nice pool, gym, supermarkets, pharmacies, spas and salons, even a medical clinic. Incredibly convenient! Adriana is an amazing host! She was incredibly responsive and helpful. Thanks to her guidance, my arrival and checkin was seamless, and she checked on me periodically to make sure my stay was going well. I am so thankful that Adriana shared this property on AirBnB and I am already looking forward to coming back, “inshallah”!

My family and I spent a little over a week at Simon's place. First of all, it must be said that the communication was perfect at all times. Simon always answered all questions very quickly and competently. He also gave tips about an app "The Entertainer" and other valuable information for our stay. One of my favourite stays in Dubai. The building's pool is absolutely unreal and the views are insane. The bathroom door (which I was worried about from one of the comments) is made of glass but it faces a corridor with cupboards so it does have privacy and the flat has everything you'd need. I go to Dubai every year and I'd definitely book this flat again :)

Excellent apartment at great location in the Dubai Marina. with fantastic grocery stores steps away as well as many restaurants, etc. It's a very large studio, fully equipped. The Anna Apricus team was very responsive. Highly recommended.

The apartment was spacious with a really nice view from the balcony. It was right next to Marina Walk which made it easy for us to navigate through the area either by walking or riding scooters. Would definitely come back again!

We loved staying at this place. The apartment has superb views of the marina. We can easily access the beach on foot and the metro and tram are nearby (5 min walk). The host gave us clear instructions to find the place, which made our arrival easy. We appreciate your promptness and flexibility.
