The annex is adjacent to the main house, yet independent. On the 1st floor, it comprises two bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with two single beds), a small lounge area, and on the ground floor, a fully-equipped kitchen, a dining area and a shower room. You'll particularly appreciate the surrounding greenery and outdoor space, allowing you to enjoy the peace and quiet of our shared garden, under the trees or on the terrace. Closed garage for bikes

Small private island located between Angoulême and Cognac, on the "La Flow vélo" bike path, in the immediate vicinity of the pretty Bain des Dames beach. House with adjoining garden overlooking the river. Many activities on site: swimming pool, kayaks and bicycles, large games room: billiards, table tennis, foosball, darts, board games, toys for children, books, comics... The island is also home to a forest garden, making it a true oasis for biodiversity!

Country cottage

In the middle of a property surrounded by woods, less than 20 minutes from the center of Angoulême, we have renovated a wing of our house to accommodate up to 6 people in a warm atmosphere. The site is preserved and guarantees quiet nights. The house is fully equipped and offers comfort and autonomy. It is perfect for relaxing with friends or family during walks in the heart of nature. We remain available to welcome you during your stay.

Quiet studio, shared pool and secure parking

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. This pretty studio is located between the St Cybard and Les Planes neighborhoods, ideally located a 5-minute drive from downtown Angouleme and 2.7 km from the train station and close to the RN10. Bus access is a 3-minute walk away. The entrance to the studio is independent via a secure electric sliding gate with a Pass. The studio is located in an annex building to our main house.

Parking is via street parking (free parking). For motorcycles and people with reduced mobility, we offer our own secure parking, upon request and subject to availability. You will stay 20 km from Angoulême and 12 km from La Rochefoucauld (15 km from Angoulême TGV station) The house has an equipped kitchen (fridge, oven, microwave, coffee machine, kettle), free Wi-Fi and a parking space During your stay, you can take walks in the surrounding countryside. We do not charge a cleaning fee, we expect a contribution from you
